8 racks at 50 blurays each = 400 blurays.
2 bookshelves = 200 blurays/tv box sets.
If you assume $20 each (being generous, tv box sets can be $50-$100), this is $12,000 (TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS) worth of blu-rays.

Seeing all those DVDs he left behind and then the BluRay collection he's amassed since, it makes me wonder what movies he bought/likes. He never really struck me as a film guy or movie buff, but maybe that's just from the movies he chose to review for YouTube. (Mostly recently released comic book stuff that would generate views.)

Phil doesn't like movies, Phil likes collecting movies. Same with statues. He doesn't care about Team Fortress 2, he cares about having a Team Fortress 2 Medic statue. He's now hoarding video game t-shirts, and Kat is enabling it.

Now this is something that bothered me since I saw the design.

People who buy dsp merch are very niche. NOW... lets make it christmas themed, seasonal... make it even more niche. NOW... lets slap the year on it so you can only wear it in that year without lookin stupid. Super very ultra rare niche. Wonder why they did not sell like cupcakes...?

Outdated seasonal / event clothes have a place in a regular suburb joe starterpack.

Waitwaitwait. I've seen this wall full of DVDs and blurays before, but I assumed he'd amassed them slowly but surely over the last 10 or 15 years. Now you say that he left all his DVDs behind when he moved in 2014, THEN bought everything shown in this picture? Pictured in 2015?

This guy had maxed out multiple credit cards and taken out bank loans to finance his move into that house. He had 18 months to reduce the credit card bills as much as possible before their introductory 0% interest rates ran out. He is now utterly screwed in Debt Hell because he was unable to do so. It should have been his first priority. But this guy bought what looks like $5000-worth of movies he'll never even watch?

This guy.
Things like this is exactly why I don't think Phil is sitting on a secret load of cash like some do. It's obvious if he gets money, he spends money. This ridiculous wall of Blu Ray said is one wall of one room in the wakhando. That leaves a lot of space for crap we haven't seen. It's obvious Phil buys things in excess (statues, shitty art, DVDs, mobile games, internet lines) so with his two mortgages, credit cards, loans, car payment, utilities, food, stabling fees, subscription entertainment, every new game ever, and thaxes, there is nothing left for some secret, scrooge mcduck-esque hoard. I know he's not as bad off as he would like his speds to believe, but any discretionary income is gone as soon as it hits his account. He thinks that a rainy day fund is money for when it's raining out and you're board, for chists sake.

In one of his house tour videos, he looks out on his tiny patio and says, "I'd like to buy a grill and do some outdoor grilling, but I just don't have the money to do it". He then turns right and shows his Blu Rays and shows his 1960's Batman boxed set he paid hundreds of dollars for.

i will never understand someone like phil
the only thing that makes him happier than getting money
is using that money to buy crap
his life revolves around buying crap, and owning crap, and going to hotels.
no friends, barely any contact with family
all that matters is that he "gets the chair"

but then again, i guess from his view:
game statues wont ask to get paid
DVDs wont disagree or do better than you at video games
blu-rays wont be more loved on youtube videos, or be better at humor
and when you don't want these things, you can sell them for money you can use to buy other things
all these things stand in place, forever "loyal"... i guess

oh sure, when he watches old videos of his """""""""""pals""""""""""" he feels the tingle of human friendship
but people expect him to do things, people tell him no, people disagree, people do things better than him
phil's ego is more important

Yeah, my brain isn't hinged properly so I pay my credit cards off each month. My minimum payment on every card I've had, whether the balance was ~$200 or ~$2000 was always $25. That is a period over ten years mind you so I don't think the Fed would have anything to do with that. When DSP said that I read some fine print on one my next statements and it said something like your minimum payment will be $25 or 10% of your statement plus something or other. Thing is, how would he even still be able to use his credit cards if he carries such a high balance? My credit limits aren't very high and I have really good credit. I don't imagine your credit limit resets at the end of the month if you have a balance rolling over so how much credit card debt could he be in, while still using credit cards? Who would be issuing new ones to him with his credit and income situation? He doesn't have an LLC or anything set up so I doubt he has a line of credit through his business set up.

I'm assuming he's signing up for 'personal' credit cards so he's probably never had to prove his income. If his income is high enough and he's been making regular payments for 5+ years he'll get credit extensions. Even if his utilization rate is high I'd bet his credit score is low 600s so he could still get away opening 1 or 2 lines a year without getting automatically declined. Even if he does get declined, there are phone lines with most credit providers where you can give them a ring and beg them for a second consideration.

The banks are in the business of minimum payments, as long as his income stays at $80k+ they're happy to milk him at +25% rates even if it means he saddles on more debt. They also should know that he has two places under his name so he's got equity behind his name too. He's a good enough risk to add on to their books and actually charge more in interest since he's a lower credit score. For those not familiar, to offset the risk creditors will charge more in interest even though it may seem counter intuitive - all that matters is that their whole portfolio of debtors is paying more in interest than the bank loses in overall charge off %.

I've seen others mention this, but in short Phil is treating his credit cards like a reverse savings account. If he can't pay a statement balance oh well, maybe next month. The fact that he has higher minimum payments is really off he's either really loading them up and having to pay a larger % minimum balance or his credit score is significantly falling enough that his variable rates have increased. This is also why some may be inclined to think he has money stashed anywhere... he's simply piling his expenses on now to pay them later.

I don't follow Dave on Twitch much anymore, so I'm unsure of schedule. But isn't he taking far too many days off for someone who apparently is desperate to keep his house? I think this like the 4th day off in a relatively quick period. Can't speak for anyone else, but if I was as desperate as he claims to be I'd be working non-stop til I either couldn't or I saw some change in my finances.

Maybe it's just the skeptic in me, but considering how much he says he can't sleep and is worried sick of losing the house, he seems to have so many good days off.
"...do-or-die time"

'"..have to raise as much funds as humanly possible for my upcoming tax situation"

"Had a great day off today!"

No way could I enjoy myself if there was that black cloud looming over my head and I was doing nothing to help the situation.

There's (a little less than) 20 more days in March, 35 days to April 15 and he's already going to be gone for about a week for that ill-timed trip to Connecticut. Taking even more days off doesn't help, especially since it seems to do nothing for his energy levels. After these days off, he maybe starts the stream a little more engaged and focused, but he ends up disinterested and yawning all the same.

The reason you buy the DSP Christmas 2018 shirt isn't to wear it in 2018 it's so you can wear it for years to come and remember Phil's Christmas 2018. You know the one where he got $12,000 in gifted subs from a weird anonymous person who never spoke to him and seemingly never even watched his streams. Then he drank a rotten Santa's Butt beer during his "podcast" and almost had an emotional breakdown which then turned into a 3 week long cold! CHILL FUN!!

That also helps explain why he had the Christmas themed shirts for sale up until Feb 28th.

Anyone who donates to Phil be it a troll or a legit fan: YOU AREN’T HELPING HIM! You are enabling him to continue living an unsustainable lifestyle. Stop giving him money and let him enter the real world. That will be the best help he will ever get.

The only problem I have is all this fatal talk he does. All the "I could lose the house, it would be the worst case scenario for me", then a day or 2 later he's taking another day off. Everybody needs time off, I get that, nobody can work 365. But I keep putting myself in his situation. I imagine losing my home, having mountains of debt, imagine my job as a streamer. I can honestly say if I was in his position at this moment, I'd be working my ass off non-stop. So would 99% of people.

It's just bugs me a little. He plays games for a living, 2 streams per day and a big break in between. And he takes entire days off to go shopping or get his hair done. It's the nitpicker in me just saying "why not do that before stream? or in the break?". IDK, just another way he bugs me I guess. Acting as if his job is so demanding, physical labor would likely kill him if he actually is that lazy.

Phil needs money fast because he might lose his house. That would impact every facet of his life. I agree he isn't acting very concerned or taking steps to help himself.

Phil makes more money streaming than any job would pay him. But guess what? If he got a part time job he would make more money than a job would pay him PLUS the money a job would pay him!

I strongly believe thatbif Phil only did one stream a day he would make just as much as streaming twice a day. His followers will still throw money at him. Some people seem to honestly want to support him financially, I doubt changing his schedule would stop them.

"There are no jobs in my sector!" Phil cries. Let's look at his last job. Some people may be confused at his important duties in this niche job sector.

Let's say you owned a helicopter. If something breaks on the helicopter you can't just run down to Wal-Mart and get a replacement part, you have to call the place that makes helicopter parts. The helicopter place checks on the computer if they have that specific part lying around in the warehouse or if they need to manufacture one. If needed, they have a skilled technician manufacturer a new part for you.

Phil was the guy who answered the phone and looked on the computer. He did the same thing as the guy at the car parts store does. "Do you have a headlight for a 2005 Dodge Neon?" "Let me see... Nope. We can order you one."

A Google search of auto parts in Renton, Washington gives over 20 locations. There are jobs in his "sector" Phil just doesn't want to work.

The worst thing he is doing is holding his streams over his paypigs heads. He is directy saying, if you dont give me $20k by April 15th you wont get my high qwality streams anymore. Lets be honest, the people who give him more than quarters are mentally challenged like the dude in the wheel chair, sidella, some legit autism patients, etc. He is basically taking advantage of the handicap. They are mentally challenged enough to believe his bullshit.

They really believe if he has to move, thaty his stream quality will go down LMAO. Even a full tard should be able to tell it literally cant get any worse, like at all. What is funny is he claims his special internet is so important and he would be fucked if he had to move back to CT because of hte internet there. The funny part is, CT currently has BETTER internet than he can get! He could get fiber now in CT with gigabit up/down where he cant get fiber at all in his renton place (I checked). he is using shit cable modem service which is shared with his neighbors even if he doesnt want to believe that.

Plus, all he needs is literally a fucking room. Even if you believe that there would be more ambient noise (lies) is it really worse than burps, snorts, and water bottle crunching??????

The fact is, kat doesnt want to leave that house and he knows she will be gone if they have to move out. I can almost guarantee she gave him some kind of talk like "phil ive had to move 3 times now in the past year, I cant do it again phil, if i had to do it again, i probably would just move back to my family in Michigan, i love you but i just cant handle another move". Its good to know that her demand to stay there is going to sink him hard in the long run ebcause instead of doing the smart thing and selling it for a profit and using that to gete out of hock, he is going to refinance and have a huge monthly mortgage payment. Then when he defaults because his twitch pull is not sustainable he loses his house.

At least now if he defaulted on those loans they wouldnt take his house, if he defaults on his refi mortgage they will foreclose and literally throw him out.

Even if he pulls this $20k (so funny its now over $20k btw) it only saves him for another 18 months. the big whales are coming less often and with less cash (except emerald seven which still is some fishy situation).

but seriously fuck this guy

I'm beginning to feel skeptical that Phil's financial situation isn't actually as dire as he'd have us believe.

Which, if true, makes him even more of a cunt.

He is swimming in debt. We all know this. This asshole could not pay his taxes for half a decade before shit started to get real serious. He portrays the situation as “if I don’t pay they gonna take my house tomorrow!” Which is just plain bullshit but the mass of idiots he attracts have the intelligence of moths.

Lol, damn dude. I wake up and my kid is telling me they did a random search of my user name and found my attractive face under Phillip‘s corner of Kiwi Farms!

Why am I an asshole? I do/did beg and grovel for shoutouts, only because that nasty Phillip tries to tout himself as an “interactive streamer” and i’d Heckle him for ‘free’ shoutouts because it’s a well known fact he usually only replies to those who tip, sub, or donate.

I also never never ever bragged about a ‘well paying job’? I’d attend an hour or so of his pm streams before work, I don’t think I ever mentioned pay? I work nights, btw. Oh, I call him Phillip because I always tried to speak to him like I was chastising him.

Lastly, that picture was taken in Canada and I was at the farm, I resent being called a redneck though! Jordie Richard McGravy Jordan IIIrd, esq, (aka: Wings of Redemption), now THAT is a redneck! I’m holding a can of Kokanee beer too, it’s damn good!

now that the daylight savings has changed again, I might have time to say whatsup to that greedy Phillip again. Say hi if your in his chat, bruh. #CultofArdnas
So you not only confessed that you're a DSP a-log who grovels to him daily, but that your son browses Kiwi Farms too..

Your life is a failure on so, so, so, so many levels.

Hopefully he cries on stream again while drinking heavily before the tax saga is over.

Maybe when he goes back to the condo we'll get some gin tweets about how the place is a dump and he can't possibly move back it would literally kill him.

Like, how bad must that place be where he's visiting home and can't spend the weekend in the condo he already owns.

Didn't we have a poll about how much money Phil would beg for after the initial 16k? I swear there was one and there was an option of 40k+.
Unless my memory is fucked, it's hilarious how outlandish that choice was and now it became a reality.

there are only two choices for this:
A. Phil is financially fine, which means he's fine that his adult life is nothing more than begging for money at children and the handicapped
or
B. Phil is in the toilet, which means he's fine that his adult life is nothing more barely staying afloat because he's too stupid to stop being crap all the time.

either way, he's damn pathetic

If no one has gone there on a regular basis to open the windows and air the place out or ran the heating in the winter I would expect it to have one hell of a mold problem. That person who visited his condo a while back said the rest of the building stank of damp so I would expect it's not very nice in there.

just another funny endless clip of phil blatantly lying and having 0 ability to admit he messed up in a video game

he literally blames the game for him not being able to aim straight, you see he moves his crosshair up and then to the right but its too late and he want too far up.

he then says the game moved his crosshair more when he didnt do it (???).

blowing an imaginary elephant or just a 36 year old man spazzing out and not being able to admit he miss aimed in a video game...you decide
