I saw a comment somewhere (on twitter I think?) where someone pointed out exactly why Keem follows the IBS crew:

He's a guy who runs a drama channel. He's like one of those tribesmen who's great at spotting vultures circling around a fresh kill in Africa, he knows that IBS is an ill-tapped market outside of it's niche sphere of the internet and he's fully cognizant of the fact that Metokur is typically following it.

I think he just finds Jim Charming/Entertaining, Jims like that dude in school everybody want to hang out and be friends with... I dont really think he has an ulterior motive for chumming it up with him

I wonder what Jim will do now... Paypigs are screaming for 40K and Photon streams, but Jims not done a update since 18 Feb, and with Stream.me gone i doubt either will ever happen, and looks like hes stearing clear of Ralph and Andy shitshow, and there is not really any videos in the pipline... Wonder if he will just "ghost" everybody for a while, then come back once hes went trough his pile of superberries
 
They are other websites he could use outside of youtube and twitch, but pretty sure he got bored of it judging by how it when from a daily weekday to a every other day to finally whenever he feels like it back on stream.me.

Keem is just doing what he's always done. He's using Jim for his fanbase and reputation to further his own success and better his own image.
