There's no evidence that Boogie has ever threatened, or insinuated, that he would kill that dog when he was upset with Dez. However, I can't imagine he hasn't. Anyone with me on this? He seems like he'd dance around the fact that he might "accidentally" step on the dog in a frenzy if he was particularly annoyed over one thing or another.

Didn't he say he would kill his dog before he lied about something once? It was during that stream he barged in on to defend himself and turned into a blubbering mess.
 
How can someone be so hated on an internet clubhouse yet so liked in the real world?

Boogie hosts regular poker nights and arcade tournaments at his house. I've even heard of an engaged couple being his friends.

He says vile things on the internet, and films himself looking like a jackass, and power levels hard, but he is a success at life just like the other Professional guests he associates with who are his contemporaries.

That's exactly what makes Boogie so bad for me, and my least liked e-celebrity. He is no different compared to anyone with a thread on this site or even the only asshole with internet fame. But he is the only that, successfully, gets away with being a jackass and still being loved as the Mr. Rodgers of the internet. Imagine if people thought Narcissa Wright as a selfless and sane person or DSP was a respected, and skilled, let's play streamer. That's how insane it is.

I mean people like Keemstar or even h3h3 do shitty things, but it's common knowledge they are assholes one way or another. They're successful despite being assholes. However, most people, unironically, think Boogie is inspiring.

Boogie is one of the biggest frauds I've seen, on the internet. He is only successful because people think he is good. He literally offers nothing of value. He isn't funny, he isn't original, he isn't smart, he has no opinions. The Francis joke has already overstayed it's welcome. His only quality is being "nice". And we all know he is anything but "nice".

To be fair, the pendulum is really swinging the other way lately, given the response he gets to his tweets and videos, and the fact that he's bleeding subscribers and can't for the life of him find a way to maintain them.

While it's absolutely swinging the other way now (I think largely because of /r/SamAndTolki and this thread). The fact he flew under the radar for so long just shows how good at manipulation he is. Sometimes I think he even believes his own lies, which is why he gets so indignant when he's called on them.

He's been fairly good at keeping the really dark stuff under wraps, like the NDC in his divorce and whatever dark arts he used to keep Lucy Foxx silent after her initial video. He's certainly not smart enough to keep doing that without his YouTube money so I expect there will be some more scandals appearing once his gravy train completely runs out.

The way he talks about TotalBiscuit makes me think he was fully expecting to be dead by the time that sort of stuff came to light and he doesn't expect to face the consequences.

He's declining because his content is boring and because other people do gaming news much better.

People still near-universally think he's a saint.
