What makes you think that's supposed to be Ralph in particular? (if you're referring to the guy who ordered chinese food)

It's a fat guy, but Ralph's hardly the only fat guy on the block. You sure that the picture is of him?

If they intended it to be Ralph, shouldn't there be at least some reference to him. This character is called Debbie and carries a purse. Plus, when MM feature a "internet celebrity" (like Sargon or that porn-chick) they tend to use an actual photo as their face, so why would it not be an actual photo of Ralph?

Murdoch Murdoch is the Ben Garrison of animation. If it were Ralph the redhead would've straight-up called him Ralph.

If Murdoch were going to spoof Ralph they would have his face on a larger body, possibly at a bar or bbq place, and he would probably mention something racial to segue into showing off his brown wife (probably at the behest of Dr. Murdoch, since that character wears it on his sleeve).

Did Ralph even play the original game? I get the feeling he only played Re2 remake the same reason DSP does. Because it's the latest thing that's perfect for shekel grabbing. And like DSP he sucks at it.
 
Since there's been discussion of Ralph playing games poorly and this has disappeared from his twitch channel for reasons I'm sure nobody can guess at based on the content, here's the stream he did the evening of being kicked off youtube.

Primary highlight is him sperging out about the quest where you have to drive a bunch of suffragettes around in a wagon very slowly. The run up to this starts at around 34:50 or so and the rant proper starts at 37:20 which continues for a few minutes.

His mic is garbage for this stream so careful with the volume.
