Hence all the effort on her hair and makeup and nails and not on physical fitness or proper diet.

I've known many a woman who likes to spend a lot of time preening and primping because it takes less effort, though more time ironically, than maintaining a healthier body. And most were actually quite pretty, and it certainly wasn't their face that was keeping the fellas away.

Then again, if you live with Kailyn and see her walking around the house all day with a pan's worth of foundation on her face and all the eyeshadow and eyeliner, you probably wouldn't bat an eyelash. Girlfriend wouldn't know 'appropriate' if it smacked her in her potato head.
 
You guys are just nitpicking because it's Kai. I bet she's wearing that top so that she can easily just pop a boob out without too much trouble when it's time to feed Gra– oh, nevermind.

You know, I was thinking along the same vein. At the very least I figured she was wearing something comfy because she was exhausted from having so recently calved out a child. Note that there's nary a trace of make-up on her face, a true indicator that her energy levels are drained.
 
It's much more likely Kai is wearing that top because she wants to be sexy or whatever, which is fine, it's her prerogative. I have big boobs and they're hard to hide in anything but a turtleneck. She's got a faceful of makeup on, so obviously she was putting on some kind of show for the camera, but she always is. She's Kai.

But she's not going to florp a tit out for that baby because she never breast fed. Whatever reason she has for wearing it, it isn't for that.

It's actually not bad. She just needs a tank top under it.

I really don't like how Kailyn is handling Gracie at the end of the video. Now I've never really been around babies nor know how to handle them, but isn't the way Kailyn sticking Gracie up to the camera kind of rough? And stop telling Gracie to say hi to the camera. She's only 6 months old, so she can't talk properly yet! Gracie looks so dumbfounded/scared...
 
Can confirm that that's how people generally say it. I worked in a hospital and that was one of the units I had to make rounds in.

I'm sure Kai doesn't know what NICU stands for, though.
