If someone did a LexisNexis on John, they'd find out that his grandpa, for instance, was a VP of BellSouth for years and may have been responsible for the Hacker Crackdown of the 80s. You know, the one that had people get consecutive life sentences for stealing some simple text files from a 'secure' server.

(EDIT: unless John's mother's father was also a Flynt, but the rest of his family doesn't seem to bear out the "inbreeding" theory even if it sounds plausible at first glance :lol:)

I'm fairly convinced it's the same family. But it's been five years since the last time I had to look up Flynt's heritage. The livejournal posts about receiving half a million dollars to get his life together after he dropped out of school should be pretty indicative of coming from money, at the very least; nobody who needs to penny-pinch even a little would consider giving that much cash to a son who's pretty much a failed genetic and business investment. I'll see what I can dig up.

Wu always seems to be playing games on the easiest difficulty, even games that she's put 100s of hours in to like Civ. I've got to think that it isn't the time investment that's the problem. It's that she's psychologically incapable of delayed gratification, even when it's as simple as learning a few basic game mechanics.

In theory yes, the year-end report for 2018 is due at the end of the month - though the campaign's relationship with deadlines is best termed "casual". The report only has to cover up through the end of 2018 though, and I don't recall offhand if any of her "NEW AND IMPROVED campaigning" had started already.

I hate to ask this question because I wouldn't want to hurt Brianna Wu's feelings, but was Ms. Wu ever dating/married to a woman? This might sound uncouth, but she seems to fit in more with the 'AGP' transsexual, as you gentlemen and ladies describe them. She transitioned after puberty and isn't very feminine in her demeanor, seems to enjoy masculine hobbies, and is quite aggressive. Assuming she's not interested in men, why is she married to one?

He was a flamboyantly gay man during his ten year college career before he got his penis chopped off. He claimed he once dated an ugly girl in college for an extended period out of pity for the girl (no sexual interest), but his more formative experience with women during that time was a period where he was the "house boy" for a sorority, doing their menial chores. Ever since then, his feminine ideal has been shaped into the image of a hard-partying, badass sorority girl. But he has always lusted after the penis in terms of his sexual desire. His tranny name "Brianna" is even stolen from his college crush "Brian", a presumably straight guy who he creeped on but never approached.

John has never had sex with a woman. He thinks they're icky. Before transitioning he was a shrieking stereotype of a gay man -- a drug-addicted girlyboy who blasted Madonna tunes from his Ole Miss apartment till the sun came up and it was time to sleep through all his classes.

John became a Frankenwoman because he thought it would allow him have sex with straight guys and because he intended to erase from his resume the 30 years of abject failure that was the life of John Walker Flynt.
