"FINAL symptom" in all caps, final. What an odd thing to say. One wonders how he knows that no other symptoms will manifest. How could he know this? His 'cold', after all, displays few actual cold symptoms to begin with. Is he indeed laying the foundation for an upcoming illness reveal and 'severe choking' is the last symptom listed on the WebMD page?

He has. He stated during the Minecraft stream that Khet had been sick two and a half weeks ago and he believed that he caught his sickness from her...and got sick two and a half weeks later. That and he had actually Worried himself sick using the expression 'Sick with Worry' as proof.

Yeah, it was for his gouty foot, which means they had to run a series of tests to figure out what was going on. With Mr. Cold here, they would look at his throat, nose, and ears, go "yeah, you have a cold/respiratory infection" and either say "here's some meds that will help it go away" or, more likely, say "well, it's pretty much run its course, so just follow these basic instructions to reduce the symptoms. Neither of which would cost more than $100, even with his garbage insurance.

Yeah, I was just going to say that "a single visit" costing that much would've been to a specialist, not a GP who'd take two looks at him and write an Rx for amoxicillin. Shit insurance isn't concerned with making people pay out the ass for the most common treatments, they reserve that for the rare stuff. That's why there's always someone suing them with a chemo baby in their arms.

This makes me actually thankful for the people on twitter that repost his crap. I couldn't be assed to make another sock account just to oogle his stuff. The one time I bothered to check and see a lot of detractor post that seem untouched, I am the one who gets blocked for agreeing with goldencolts(a paypig) tweet.:stress:
 
DSP says that he can't go to a doctor because it would cost $2,000 since he doesn't have insurance.

Is that true? I legit don't know because I've always had insurance through work and retired family members on Medicare.

So he basically took a week's vacation with Katherine and didn't want to tell anyone. Much like the last moronic adventure when his internet was magically unhooked all weekend. All you need to remember is that this is a guy who has an inexplicable commitment to lying. His brain has been fried and rewired over the years to make strange excuses for absolutely everything he does. His life is a con.. just not a convincing one because it doesn't actually have to be. He's pathologically afraid of his words being misconstrued eventhough he knows they will be regardless. He's also terrified that he'll go supernova when he steps away from the internet for any prolonged length of time and that the autism factory will suddenly go out of business. The cold is a halfway decent line of bullshit (by DSP standards at least) because it means he can keep offering people updates on his drama of mild discomfort and stay active without actually being active.

Any normal person would simply tell you they're taking a week off for a christmas break. DSP's gimmick of always being on the backfoot and always needing money has created the notion in his own head that nothing he does should be perceived as normal. That's why a common cold is now choking the life out of him and becoming a death rattle. This is also good fuel to burn when he gets back. He can turn "I had a cold! Man it was pretty bad!" into 3 hours worth of storytime. Someone should set up a counter to see just how many times he says the world cold when he gets back on stream because you can bet he'll talk about it on and off for a week straight. This is how uneventful his life actually is.. he'll be talking about having the flu for a fucking week.
