Not all risk. The cosmetic mastectomies offered to deluded women usually don't remove all glandular tissue of the breast, which can extend into the armpit.

It depends on the grade of cancer cells; high-grade cancers are not androgen dependent, but high-grade cancers are rare.

None of these are "Best of" anything.

If nothing else it's just a big year-end push for more donations because the last time he did one of these annual recaps it was just "these are the strips that got the most comments or HATERS this year, donate to keep it up next year" and nothing to do with message or quality.
