I've only watched the episodes once because I couldn't stand Space Aladdin and his tumblr mandalorian girlfriend.o about the Space Goaste Timetunnel... how does it work? Is it just a flip of a switch and then you can conveniently do whatever you wanna do, or is it something really dangerous to use, that comes with a hefty price, hard to control and so on?
If I'm not mistaken, the time portal required a lot of Force power (or some weird attraction to it) so only a few could access that dimension, two of them being Space Aladdin and Sheev. Once in that plane of existence it's like a hub, they can access any event in the Star Wars universe.
Like I said ealier, in terms of storytelling it's a bad plot device because like the Holdo Maneuver it has the potential to change the emotional impact of every moment in Star Wars history. To me it was a bad decision to bring Ahsoka back and killing off Kanan, the character was way more interesting than Space Aladdin. I understand why Filoni did it, I'm sure it's because it's a Disney Channel show so the kid has to be in the center of every scene.
If there was time travel in Star Wars, wouldn't somebody as powerful as Yoda be able to do it to an extent? Why would he let Order 66 happen? He and Kenobi could go back and stop everything before it even began when together.
They had no idea that it existed. It was a bunch of paintings on the walls of the ruins of an ancient temple unrelated to either the sith or the jedi. The whole thing is based on that TCW episode with the siblings who were the light and the dark side of the force.
