How has he managed anything during study? Has he lived with his parents while learning to do business and finance related decisions? What has he done in his condo? Sent his parents his dirty clothes? Or the parents came over? Or has he waited to do any laundry until he got his personal maid Leanna? Or has he bought new clothes as soon as they got dirty?

tl;dr History says he should be able to operate a washing machine years ago.
Considering he worked at Daddys Office, I bet he left a bag of dirty clothes for Dave Sr. to take home and wash.

Edit: And then youtube took off which means drycleaners and soon after the young maid.

I wouldn't be surprised if he just ment:
*snooort* I know how to wash clothes, okaaaay, I ment I had to learn to operate this specific apparatus which is installed in our home right now, which is compleeeetely different from my previous cloth cleaning device in terms of the washing of clothes uuuuh as in my old condo, okay? I'm a gamer, I don't have time to read instructions.

Which would cut into his story of how he has neeever ragequit a game, but what he ment was he never ragequit a fighting game - if you change the definition of a ragequit quite a lot.

This is one of his big flaws which lead to unnecessary drama. Even if he did in fact nothing wrong, he makes himself very suspicious by denying facts, giving half-assed informations or describing stuff that has nothing to do with anything. Everything sounds like a lie, he leaves too much space for interpretations, he can't focus his narrative like he has ADD. Also literally lies, but that goes without saying.

Edit: Daily reminder, day 7. DarkSydePhil has still not announced any plan to save his future.

Dooood I didn't ragequit, I just dropped my controller and let him win because I'm to good for this random person online, because...uhhh...he is using....uhh online cheats.... uhhh I mean frame glitching.
I would beat him off... erm..I mean beat his ass at a hotel...uhhh tournament.

- Phil probably

Well he certainly didn't have a washer or dryer in his tiny Connecticut condo. It's possible he took it to the laundry room in the complex, but I imagine we would have heard about how he had to baby sit his laundry. I think most likely he would take it to his parents' house, since he said he would visit them once a week. His mom probably washed them too.

After begging for more Patreon money, Phil just lost another $5 patron (it was 140 patrons for $587 after WOOF pulled his support a week ago

He probably reminded someone to pull the paymetron money with that tweet tbh

He was pressing buttons man, there's nothing he can do

It's been months since I last peeked at this thread, and I am so happy to see that his Patreon has gone down by several hundred bucks since then.

Has the sky always been this beautiful shade of blue?

I have never seen a more pointless Patreon to pledge to, he may have the worst donator perks in the entire internet. My only guess is that people have auto-renewal on for each month and the legitimately forgot they were donating to Phil.

It's even funnier when you remember that not too long ago, Phil posted a threat video on his channel telling his YouTube audience to cough up on patreon or no more content for them.

Easiest called bluff ever from a man who knows damn well he has no life skills aside from playing video games at a level that even ten-year-olds have surpassed. Even if he was paid with actual peanuts he would still keep doing it.

This has been the way it works since GTA IV. Auto Aim and you can move the dot a little in every direction during auto aim. We're talking more than ten years of this mechanic and he just now found out.
this guy only just recently figured out that some non-fps let you do more damage with a headshot instead of a bodyshot

also his ego still makes him think everyone should run in front of him and give him time to fire first like it's a gallery shooting game

His aim for the knees always bothered me. The mechanic of massive damage when you hit the head - THE MOST FUCKIN OBVIOUS WEAKPOINT - is as old as shooters themself. I remember playing Unreal Tournament and the announcer with his epic HEADSHOT line. How can the King of Retro, who is older than me and played way more FPS games than me, not know this? You can't make this weakpoint more obvious, like should it be replaced with a fuckin big glowing orb/eye?

People argue that games these days get watered down cuz the young gamers seem to have a short attention span and no patience. The old retro gamers grew up with games they had to teach themselfs, without internet, handholding and basically prototypes of modern controls and mechanics. Whoever lived that time just had to bring in some patience and interest in learning the game. But that's just my opinion, quite frankly.
My point is: Where was Dave during that time? He brought in not a single experience or skill from these harder to understand games. He plays like he just discovered those strange "videajims".

For some reason, I always find it amusing when his pleas for handouts consist of almost shaming others into doing so, or “stepping up” to be specific (another buzz term of his). The entitlement knows no bounds, it’s astonoshing.

I think that he did have those skills at one time. No matter how shitty your HS is, being valedictorian is a good accomplishment, but that was almost 20 years ago for him. He's changed. I know a lot of people who played a lot of video games as kids are now grown up and have no interest in them anymore. I believe this is Phil. He doesn't like games anymore and he doesn't have the patience for them anymore. His cognitive abilities have also deteriorated over the years too so he has a lot of issues identifying things now and he's not willing to admit it, that's why he blames the games.

At some point, Phil's just going to have to bite the bullet and actually wear his damned glasses. Never mind that he can't be arsed to learn the basic controls and mechanics prior to playing a particular game. Eventually, he'll be squinting so hard in his constant battle to see the screen that he won't even be able to make out basic shapes anymore.

Middle Age(Entitlement+Ego) + Piss-Poor Choices = DSP

Oh I'm sure he is aware of it, but he gets so butt blasted in the moment. He has to make up excuses on how the other person isn't that good and the game is bullshit.

So I decided to go prodding around to see if I could find the value on Phil’s gated community McMansion, and what he might get if he listed his home, and I found some results...

That's probably because Phil didn't learn how to learn. He didn't get the skill of figuring things out, he got the skill of being told. Further than that, he figures out a few things that usually work and he is done with learning anything else. Instead of learning how to improve his internet connection, he buys two separate top of the line connections. Instead of learning which cars last a long time and have a low cost of maintenance, he buys a new car he can't afford. Instead of learning how to sell his condo, or whether he can, he just buys a new house and hopes it just works out. He never takes the time to learn or figure things out, and it's a wonder he made it through the 80's at all. Being babysat by his chat constantly doesn't help either. He just yells at them to tell him as soon as he doesn't know something.

Damn, didn't he pay like half of that for that thing?? I might be misremembering but I thought he paid around 250 for it. If so then he would be stupid not to sell and downsize.

They are taking him for granted. He won't be around forever and then what? Just watch another let's player who is better in every way. Like anyone could improve upon Phil's raw, bare bones kwality khantent.

Phil is really what the media refers to as "entitled gamer." Maybe in different way, but he definitely feels that way to me.
Gotta play the new releases but you have to step up and give me money to pay my bills!

The whole nintendo thing also screams entitlement.
