Devil’s advocate, but her Instagram is public. Anyone who has followed her for any length of time knows she really does have a twin, whom she actually wrote as on lolcow on several different occasions. Her sister has actually previously posted on Kelly’s Instagram account in response to a tagged comment that she wishes to be left out of Kelly’s drama (paraphrased).
Kelly has changed and grown so much in the last year. She's given up the blood transfusions, dropped the abusive Satanic cult story, and she's also begun mutilating her legs! She admitted to smearing feces on herself under the guise of trolling on Lolcow, and later her smear test confirmed her account.

Oh my god. I thought that she had plumbed the depths of Munchausens when she was self-exsanguinating so she could pretend she had some sort of rare blood-related disorder. I was wrong.
She's been steadily escalating over time but this is really shocking. I genuinely cannot believe she has done this to herself. Even worse, she began destroying her legs high up on her thighs. If that leg has to come off she may well end up with a disarticulation amputation because there may not be enough healthy skin to cover the ends of the femur. Learning to use a prosthetic limb after disarticulation amputation is so hard that some people give up and use crutches or become wheelchair bound.
This really is appalling. Had someone told me this was the skin of a krokodil user in Russia, I would have believed it.

God, it looks like a flesh eating bacteria took her leg over, but I know it’s just her trying to convince me that happened by destroying her own flesh. I don’t know how a doctor would react to this, and though I doubt it, it could just be gross on the surface and actually fixable knowing munchies.
I have come with proof, I have been under 24/7 watch. every time I say anything you think it's a lie. Maybe it would be a better idea that you show proof? There is some speculation on LCF that she initially induced it via chemical burns or actual burns with something like a curling iron (there are pics on LCF showing a pattern on her fingers like she gripped a curling iron), and them kept it going by actually picking at it and aggravating it. Her fingers are currently all pretty nasty too.
What I wonder is how she hasn't been involuntarily committed for being a danger to herself. She's supposedly seeing a shrink, so I don't get it.

Munchies and spoonies on the internet love convincing doctors into giving them ports because then they can draw blood easily whenever they want.
Thirdly, I agree with you on the acid thing I actually know of another story in which a girl burned her face with acid to feign an acid attack for asspats.
