For the record, the guy who wrote the message was dealt with. Given he was a super obvious troll, that's less "true colours of SJWs revealed!!" and more "SJWs need to learn how to fucking check someone's posting history before making them a mod".

I'm surprised she didn't mention Leisure Suit Larry or Duke Nukem as examples of sexist games. And for someone doing research in sexism in gaming, I'm surprised she didn't mention Rapelay as well.

Mentioning Duke Nukem Forever would actually have disproved her own argument, since most gamers were repulsed by the Hive level, if not everything involving women in that game.

That's the problem with this whole ordeal. Nobody wants to do some goddamn research, just take the word of someone else who hasn't gone beyond a Google search.
 
What is it about the GG fiasco that just brings the worst out of a number of people? Even if they're making threats and victimhood, you have the self-righteousness, normally fairly rational people squabbling like crazy and a whole mess blown-out of proportion.

It's funny how many people have turned to the idea of "having God on their side", that harassment and threatening people is mean and wrong unless they do it.
