Anyway, if there is any "threat" here it's that we can openly discuss this topic (in our containment thread) without having admins shutting us up (thanks Null). And as previous pages show, people can have whatever the fuck opinion about it and we can discuss this relatively level headed (I didn't see anyone explicitly telling Marvin to GTFO and I will give you a gold star sticker someday, personally I'm not against people saying we are stupid because at this point it's kinda boiling down to Twitter drama). We have some association with CWC, sure, but it's not like every member here is plotting BlueSpike levels of epec ween bullshit. Talking about lolcows might also put us in a bad light but again, I haven't gotten the impression that the majority of users here are actually planning and doing shit, just discussing it.

I'm going to guess that the anti-gg crowd is in need of an easy victory of some sort to help recover from all the bullshit about them that has been exposed and the crazy drama the LW's have caused recently. And let's face it, to the general public, at a quick glance the CWCki seems to be nothing more that some sort of hate site dedicated to ruining a poor little autistic man(baby)'s life. Because of that, and the fact that the general public won't bother digging deeper into Chris' sordid history, we seem like the perfect target.

Analytically-speaking, I'm inclined to agree, Coldgrip. Things have been relatively quiet so far, which was the case right before the last volley of fucking explosions, and with LW1 fleeing the scene and a number of other Anti-GG losses that have accrued in succession, they're hungry for some kind of victory over the forces that they just threw everything at and essentially laughed it off.

With the recent revelation that MSNBC was in on the take for Polygon well in advance, and what Mike was talking about as far as groups being paid to go against Gamergate, this may have just blossomed into something bigger than any of us really dreamed it would have. All we can do is observe and see what we can glean from it. It's going to be fucking fascinating, whatever happens - that much, I assure you.

I wouldn´t worry too much; The CWCki forums are pretty miniscule in the massive sea of websites involved in GamerGate. Heck, why would they go after us when fucking Stormfront has a GG thread and RoK has come out as pro-GG? It's much easier to just call us Nazi MRA's than to trying to explain the complex community centered around lolcows.
