Notice how at the bottom of the she geeks out page they have videos from each candidate. Wu's video is her 6min interview from May on Greater Boston, yet the other two candidates have their 1 min campaign ads. Wonder if they got to choose what video was there or if someone else realized Wu's campaign ads come off as incompetent and had to scramble to find any footage that makes Wu seem normal. The video thumbnail doesn't even have her face in it.

Brightcove (BCOV) is trash. The six minute video they have from Wu's Greater Boston interview was 94 MB at 720p and there is no way to change the video quality. Yet Brightcove is a publiclly traded company and in 2009 was named on of the two top online video vendors (source). The company cannot host live streams well, has a terrible video interface, and cannot compress their videos effectively. How is this company not bankrupt?

Warren Lynch claimed to have arranged this event over in his thread, not sure if he means he arranged Brianna to speak there our arranged the whole event but as campaign manager at the time he did say Brianna had final say on any media used to represent her.
So I guess the person with zero faith in the campaign video was the candidate and manager.
Since he won't post outside his thread I'll ask him

They couldn't find a single frame where they wouldn't be accused of deliberately picking a frame where a tranny looks like a grotesque snarling ogre.

It's a shame the Bizarro Brianna Wu account got shut down. It had the best picture of John in years.

Hey John, why don't you donate money to needy school districts in your area instead of buying multiple luxury cars?

You know, like this one.

"I'm too busy running for office to write*, but I've been restoring a classic Porsche Boxter."

*Ignore your lying eyes telling you I've actually wrote this.

Which is it, John, you're too busy running for office to do anything else, or, you're restoring a Boxter? Pick one, for chrissake. You can't do both. Obviously. (It could be argued John can't do either, but that's a different point to be made.)

When I think "classic Porsche" a 2000s era boxter is not what springs to mind

You obviously don't have the refined tastes and sensibilities you get growing up in an Alabama town so poverty stricken and racist that locals hang lynched negroes instead of mistletoe at Christmas.

Still no FEC filing from Wu.
Lynch finally filed, and boy he's not worried in the slightest if his expenses are anything to go by. He really hasn't seen the need to spend any great amount of money contesting this election, he's barely above the baseline of how much money he spends per quarter just keeping his committee ticking over.

I trust a career pol like Lynch knows what he's doing in this regard and the election is basically no contest.

I was just about to post this. I hate you.

But yeah, Lynch only spent $26K over the last six weeks, a shockingly low number for this key period. All of his expenses are basic, recurring operational expenses. Nothing in terms of advertising or voter mobilization. Not even token buys or expenses to run up the score to scare off future, legitimate challengers. If you read this report, you would think he didn't have even minor opposition. He clearly knows he's going to crush it and gives zero fucks about the two losers he's facing.

I do find it interesting that his campaign is spending $600 a month on a car note. That seems unnecessary; I'd like to know what it's for.
