I don't really get why travel restrictions haven't been placed on those LEAVING the countries affected. Aid workers could still get in and then placed into isolation tents until the incubation period for Ebola has passed.

It's like all the protocols that make any sense are disregarded. And it's not even about it spreading in the US. It's almost winter time here in the US and for those of us in the north or east, that cold makes a disease like Ebola far harder to transmit under ordinary circumstances.
