I would like to remind you all of the important facts of DSP:

I have come to realize that DSP's internet career will not end with a bang. This is the long slow ride down the gutter, he does not want to lose, or throw in the towel like a rational individual.

Phil has convinced himself that he is unable to work a normal job, convinced himself he cannot move back to CT. Convinced himself that he "has done nothing wrong" and as long as he continues to believe it, the cable company will shut off his internet before he quits streaming.

It was dead for me when he openly admitted, that he only plays video games on stream.

I watch a couple of Let's Play streamers on both twitch and YT and pretty much everyone says, that they also try out new games in their "free time" or play the games they love (like fighting games or Mobas).

Dave is the only one who said something like "Hell no, DOOD! As soon as schtream is over, I only watch wresslin and Netflix"

Yeah I try different games in my free time or the unstreamable ones like Hyrule Warriors I only really stream something if I enjoy it like Nier or MGS1 or Overwatch. What Phil fails to realise why he will never beat the competition is that they play games because they love games so they have more interesting things to say. Phil just clocks in and thinks that is effort.

Daves been saying something that’s been annoying me for months now, and it’s his constant need to say he can focus on twitch fully now and he doesn’t have to adhere to YouTube. He doesn’t do anything different because of YouTube. His streams are the most basic bitch streams, the only thing that he does for YouTube is press record and stop. In Phil's mind focusing more on twitch just means reading cheers and tips more frequently, otherwise there is no difference between when he was just on youtube to what he is doing now. He is a total dunce.

So a few nights ago Phil watched “one of his favorite 80s franchises” in Short Circuit. This is hilarious. Why is this hilarious you ask? Well we all know how lowbrow, shallow, and racist Phil is. Both Short Circuit films have quite possibly the most racist character portrayal (Fisher Stevens in brown face playing an Indian complete with stereotypical “white guy Hindu accent”) since Charlie Chan films, so I’m not surprised that it is one of his favorite franchises.

Pretty sure most adults realized how awful these films were despite liking them as a kid, but not our Phil. But they don’t hold up and that brown face portrayal is just horribly offensive. Just something fun I thought I’d point out.

What is really sad is that I have 2 twitch followers and a better set up than dave; including a green screen and I am a novice on Photoshop. That is really sad when you put it into context especially considering most games because of UIs are better with a green screen as it looks cleaner. He expects to invest nothing and make something when it is the same cult members skulking for a while now.

Seriously. I have a couple of regulars who come into my stream and my setup is worlds better than Phil’s including a dedicated streaming PC, a semi professional layout, scripts to auto update certain things. I at least put an effort into making my stream look nice. He just fumbles around on OBS like a dolt.

As much as I'd love to see him stream Runescape, because he's a perfect fit for the type of person who plays that game, he said he's waiting on a Steam key for the game he's going to play. Of course he's keeping it a mystery, because everything has to be a mystery with this guy.

Let's be honest here. If he said what game he was playing, people would be all over the publisher to not allow him to stream it. Or, if it's a multiplayer game, they'd be prepping to stream-snipe him. It's honestly the smart move.

He will have to title his stream with the name of the game and unless he forgoes his 90 minute pre stream, that gives the detractor world plenty of time to run their interference.

Which reminds me of his current camera positioning in Silent Hill 2, again. I already bitched autistically how he looks away from the game cuz his cam is on the left and he looks to the left. An artistic nightmare.
Now I "wonder" why his cam is not only on the left but in the left centre. The most idiotic position for a horror game where it's important to watch the left and right side. There is no interface to obstruct and he still don't care.

Of course the whole reason is: He uses this layout for GTA. Maybe he would give into this "effort" to create a new layout just for SH (an effort of 5 seconds) but that would indicate he actually cares how his stream looks like. Phil paying attention, big lol. People have to do everything for him, not he himself, he dunno what to do.

Yes, as a streamer myself this "detail" just punches me right in my beautiful eyes. What's he gonna do next? Put his cam right in the middle centre?

And his prestream cards are ugly as fuck. Just a quick throw in.

He already invested in a green screen. He has had one for years because people suggested it. Phil is too damn lazy to set it up and use it.

Even if he makes it so that just him and the couch appear on screen it would be a huge improvement. That's not as easy as moving his clunky square cam from one corner to the other.


I used to make assets for a fighting game tourney a group I'm in runs. Setting up OBS and making overlays is one of the easiest things to do. If I were a streamer myself, I would probably invest in some type of stream deck or something to keep from having to lean over and press keys to get things to do what i want. Phil can't even be assed to optimize the location of his TV and Camera though so I don't expect any real effort.

Anyway, if DSP is doing bounty streams they will be hilarious. I don't know much about what games they're offering, but this gem from twitch's FAQ is damning:

No, this is Phil we're talking about here remember. The same Phil who kept pointing his camera at his TV for years. The same Phil who refused to try twitch. The same Phil who wouldn't play Minecraft. He hasn't even looked into scripts because typing it out like a pleb is how he's always done it. And typos and not remembering names/amounts is raw, unedited streaming dood!
