It's been a slow slide into this break from reality for Chris. I think the reason he can't just retcon everything in his mind is because CWCville is reality now and Chris has no power in the real world.

Shit, if Bob was alive, Chris would still be pre tranny Chris because Bob would've told Chris to knock that shit off. And if things did get out of hand like it did with wise, then the internet would've been cut down. Even though Bob was kinda a shit parent, at least he was semi smarter than Barb ever was, and wanted the best for Chris.
 
This makes me really sad. I didn't think Chris's mental health had deteriorated so much. I don't feel like he needs a group home setting yet, but he desperately needs psychotherapy and meds from a psychiatrist.

For a long time I've had a theory that autistic people shouldn't have unfettered access to the internet. They use it as a crutch to build unhealthy relationships instead of going out into the real world and toughing it out and creating real ones. Chris knows this. He demands face time on dates. But it's more than just dates. It's everyday things too. The internet can become an autistic echo chamber and that creates monsters like Hirtes and these two. It hobbles Chris too. Chris needs less virtual fantasy worlds and more everyday interaction with people in the real world. He needs a normal life with people he sees and interacts with every day in person. The internet has made him lonely and crazier.

If we love our lolcow we must set it free... or something like that.
 
I'd love to see Jim Metokur tear into these two chucklefucks.

Not at the expense of Chris, but at the expense of these two specimens.

Not likely to happen, but would be fun to watch otherwise.
 
These logs give me the impression that Chris is something of a willing victim, happy to tolerate heaps of abuse if it means he has someone with whom to socialize and talk about his fantasy universe.

Chris is something of an (extremely) minor celebrity. Finding people to talk to about sonichu or his life in general isn't difficult. People are fascinated by Chris. He's been commissioned to make album art and shit before, he's done panels at conventions, people interview him now and then. As others who know Chris better then me bring up frequently here, Chris has friends. He has a social life. He's not a social butterfly, but he gets out and he talks to people enough that he really doesn't need to humiliate himself for even the slightest amount of attention.

Hell, I'd probably have a beer with Chris. I don't give a fuck, guy's interesting. More interesting then these two cretins. And who doesn't love a good dose of the surreal while getting hammered?

Chris isn't talking to these idiots because he's desperate for human contact, he's talking to them because he's under emotional duress.
 
What Chris really needs is intense psychotherapy. He is going to be the ranting crazy guy on the street corner in a few years if he doesn't get some real help, and I mean real serious therapy, as in if the therapist doesn't convince Chris that cwcville and pony land and all these alternate dimensional toontowns aren't real then they aren't trying hard enough type therapy.
