It's going to be so sad when that little girl wakes up and realizes she hasn't been invited to help record Taylor's next hit single. "What the FRICK?!" she'll scream from her hospital bed. The fact that Taylor, or every other woman on earth, would dare find his "wooing" attempts anything but romantic and endearing is insulting to him. Someone wiped the shit off his rose colored glasses that he sees himself through.
 
I really like when Russ posts something stupid and we all pick it apart. But I love it even more when he posts something stupid and random people who have never heard of him be stop in their tracks and say, "What? No, dude, you clearly ruined your own life."

I find it absolutely amazing how he both thinks he's some kind of ace law-person and how he's already planning how to spend the money he's gonna get from that lawsuit. I also like how he calls her Miss Taylor. You fucking idiot. That's her first name. He's probably gonna go crazy when this thing invariably gets thrown out and thinks Taylor Swift somehow bribed the entire law system to keep him down.
 
I finally finished that lawyer stream where he read the entire lawsuit. For a man who kept claiming his evidence wasn't allowed in the first trial, it's amazing that he isn't building any now. He keeps making claims he got fired because of Taylor Swift but he even admits he was told he'd been doing a bad job. Any law firm he worked for got rid of him because it's bad PR and he probably would use their resources to stalk/harass people - like he does with the "pay to find someone's address" services. Not to mention he tried to pass himself off as a lawyer at the brothel in Nevada. He's a walking liability.

My favorite part is the bit where he gets fired from the car parts place and says the guys who fired him had "troubled looks on their faces", which naturally means they were firing him because of Taylor Swift.

That's also the part where I realized that he's legitimately delusional.

The lousy lawyer owned him before he even stepped into the courtroom, thanks to his 30 min delay. Literally ANY attorney that just showed up was capable of 1-upping Russ xD :biggrin:

I just noticed he removed the Google review to the PI/process server in TN. Wonder if they threatened legal action against him or something. He doesn't just remove reviews out of the blue...

I didn't think of this till now but that's probably a valid concern of theirs. I don't work in law but I do work in a similar industry (finance/credit stuff) and we have software that accesses government databases so we can do security searches on anyone. If you have an ssn, address, or just a last name even, you can look up every detail on a person's life and history easily. Now they log every single use of the software by every individual login id and they warn you day one not to use it on people you personally know or any non-work purpose, but you don't need permission from anyone to run it before you do a search either. It doesn't seem out of the question to me that law firms and legal practices may have access to a similar toolset and for any business that does, your character does matter to whether you get to be employed.
 
I wasn't aware he had removed his review, that's actually quite interesting. As you said @DarkAlien, he doesn't just remove reviews. So he was more than likely forced to remove it. But is it possible they removed it themselves?

The fact that he called it a "random act of publicity", instead of a random act of kindness, (Which it actually was), is just more evidence that he can't comprehend doing something nice without getting anything in return. In his mind everything you do has to be rewarded, or it's not worth doing.

You bet your ass they would. Not only that, but even access to PACER would open you up. A paralegal, and apparently he was in docketing, has access to PACER. It's traceable, but you know this kid would try to track down relatives, attorneys, any and all personal information. No wonder they don't want him within a hundred miles of their firms.
 
In his latest post he mentions Taylor's "acts of omissions" which made my head spin. In law you either have acts (something you did) or omissions (something you didn't do). I'm not sure whether he meant to say "acts and omissions" which is a pretty commonly accepted descriptor in, for example, a negligence claim, or suggest that somehow Taylor acted in not doing things, which makes no sense.

He is honestly the reason for the phrase "a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing." He knows about the existence of legal jargon but has no idea how to effectively deploy it.

Minor powerlevel that I come across litigants in person all the time and they're all mad as a box of frogs. One thing that they all share in common, however, is that they never let things go. If they lose in the lower courts they appeal it to the high court, if they lose in the high court they take it to the court of appeal, and so on. When Judge Smackdown round 2 happens Rusty will find another court or another appeal venue to take it to. I double 100% guarantee you. Instead of taking the hint, insane litigants only fight harder every time they are knocked down.
