This took place in May 2016 so yes they were still in contact at the time and she did tell margo about it. Everyone thought margo was lying about it (until now.)

That, at least, seems near certain at this point. Margi can scream into the wind, and fool a few asslickers, and she'll always have her career highpoint of the vexfag video out there against Venus, but V won't ever turn to her for comfort again. Not after she immediately broadcast Venus's surgery to the world when V was at her lowest.

That was a hard lesson for Venus to experience, but I think it taught her that when push comes to shove, she can never, ever trust her mother - and that Manaki's mother sees her clearly, and with love, despite only knowing Venus a short time at that point.

The only way Mags can really hurt her now is in the stalker-shows-up-on-her-doorstep-with-a-knife kind of way, and that didn't go the way Mags planned the last time. I'm sure M regrets only bringing cat burgler tools to Venus's, and not a weapon, in retrospect. Mags was prepared to break in, but I'm not sure what her plan was beyond that. and I'm sure she's kicking herself for not thinking that plan through all the way.

Margo is aware that Venus had serious body image issues, but I bet she definitely encouraged this kind of behavior to keep her daughter small and waifish. What kind of fucked up logic does it take to allow your kid to have such a dangerous surgery in the first place? A sensible parent would have recognized these signs and taken their kid to see proper health specialists. But then again, Margo only looks out for herself.

Did Margo honestly think she could use this as leverage to destroy her daughter? She's a certified nutter.

AFAIK Venus had already left home when she had the surgery, but the timeline is pretty muddled to me. But remember, Margo is also the woman who tried to sell her child's virginity, and when that didn't work, tried to sell Venus' beloved stuffed rabbit just to spite her. Don't try and put logic where there is none.

I'm not sure it was wise to make this video. Rather than cutting Mags off at the knees, it will reinforce that sometimes, there's a grain of truth at the back of her insane rantings, and more will believe Margo.

I dont know. I think it's comparable to blackmail. If you take the subject of blackmailing out of their hands and make it public what they blackmailed to make public, you take away their power. She now came clear by herself. Mayo has no power over her. I think it might have more upsides than downsides.

Some screenshots from the video.. apparently the butcher doc just sewed her intestines to the upper part of her stomach, with her stomach left inside, but with no exit - if I understood her explanations correctly. So the stitches got loose and food/water went down into her stomach - who also was prolapsed (gastroparesis) - but couldnt exit, so she just threw up. With the videos she’s been making lately, first opening up about her struggles with body image, then calling her father, and now addressing her followers about a very serious rumor and fessing up to the inkling of truth that was behind it, I think it’s safe to say that therapy is going well for Venus. Its shocking and heartbreaking, but we can take comfort in that silver lining.

Honestly, I wrote an entire paragraph a-logging the disgusting creature that is the main subject of this unfortunate thread, but she’s just not worth it.

Whenever Margo makes you angry, just picture her broke and alone in her moldy hobo closet, without a single friend or even enough money for Starbucks, and Venus in her nice apartment with her loving husband, thriving YouTube career, and cute little hamster, and take comfort in knowing that for once in real life, the princess escaped and the evil stepmother is defeated in the most humiliating fashion.

And regarding the Venus news, it is disgusting that I'm not even surprised this happened. Though it makes me sad for her even more. It would be good for her to just stay away forever from Margo's clutches. It is also sad to see that Manaki could have possibly divorced her for this.
