Surely, this lawsuit will work. All of the other lawsuits levied against Null and kiwifarms went nowhere, but that's no reason to be discouraged. I'm sure if he shops around for a judge that eventually he'll find a nice kangaroo court in an Arkansas zoo that will work in his favor.

Google would take him straight to his thread. Beyond that, he probably didn't bother to learn about what kind of forum this is before writing his letters. He doesn't exactly inspire too much confidence in his ability to perform basic fact finding.
My favorite part of these is reading the unique ways each person sending in demands like this has a unique skew to some unrelated concept or scenario that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.

He's definitely seen it. I've actually written extensive documentation about our 'takedown procedures' which has reduced our complaint volume. There are still special cases like this.
