Uhh guys....this is his new profile picture. Didn't he do something similar before he started harassing the first girl from The Bunny Ranch?

To any working girls who might be browsing this thread especially if they turned down Russell or were otherwise booked......you might wanna start looking into getting a restraining order.

Edit: dang it scrambles beat me to it.

Lawyer schmawyer. He does this with Tay Tay periodically. He threatens and threatens looking for a response. He posts on his Facebook thinking she reads it. He calls her agent and leaves messages that are basically "hey just want you to know I'm suing you soon". He texts her relatives thinking they'll talk to her for him. Posts on and messages her Facebook thinking she runs it herself. He thinks all these people in her life will relay his message and convince her to open dialogue with him.

At some point in his life that stuff used to work. Intimidate people to think you're going to get them into trouble until they placate you. Maybe it was school. Maybe it was his sister. He just doesn't comprehend the real world rarely works like that and if you do that to the wrong people they can crush you. He also probably doesn't understand if he keeps these threats up that he may toe the line for extortion and harassment.

Could his bipolar disorder combined with the Moebius allow him to get SSDI?

He very rarely brings it up and he's not medicated for it, so he doesn't wave it around like a flag, but I remember when I applied to a corporate job at one point they asked if I was disabled in any way and bipolar was one of the examples they listed.

In order to qualify to receive Social Security disability benefits, your disabling condition(s) have to prevent you from what the SSA calls substantial gainful activity. Basically, you have to be disabled enough that keeping a full time job (or an equivalent time commitment, such as volunteering) is impossible for you.

I'm not a doctor or a lawyer, but the severity of Russhole's Moebius Syndrome doesn't appear to be severe enough to prevent him from performing substantial gainful activity. Certainly he has a few limitations on what kind of work he can perform (for example, since his inability to move his eyes without turning his head prevents him from getting a driver's license, he can't become a pizza delivery guy). However, there's still plenty of occupations he could perform with no limitation based on his disability. So that condition likely wouldn't qualify for disability.

Now, mental illnesses can definitely be considered disabling enough that they could prevent you from performing substantial gainful activity. However, any disabling condition(s) you want to put forward on your application for disability benefits needs to be backed up with evidence. That means you need doctors who will vouch for you being disabled so much you can't work, you need to be seeking treatment for your condition, and you'll have to provide medical records to the SSA. Since Strokey the Snowflake hasn't been treated for his bipolar disorder/PTSD/anxiety/whatever he's claiming today in years, and he stopped taking his medication a long time ago, he'd have a damned hard time proving his mental illness is severe enough to justify him receiving disability benefits.

Sorry, but I disagree. He can’t speak well, he constantly drools, he can’t drink without making a mess, his vision is poor. I think he could have gotten disability easily, in the time period before everyone and their Mother was applying for it. He would also have a few Doctors to back him up on this.
I know that nipplelesswonder knows him, but he could have lied to her about receiving a check.
He lies about everything else.

I don't for a minute think Russ is trying to retain a lawyer. That just doesn't fit his M.O. -- I'm sure he'll self-represent. I doubt that he's acting like he's soliciting a lawyer to represent his case, either (but not because he'd be making impressions that he was going to hire them -- like all of his rules, that wouldn't apply to him). He has too much confidence in his legal abilities to act like he needs someone smarter than him presenting his case, even just to try to get free advice out of them.

He would ask for lawyers' opinions, though. My guess is that he's asked some vague questions about vicarious liability on some legal forum, and a lawyer from Tennessee answered it in a way that didn't obviously torpedo Russ's case. I did check his Quora, and there's nothing there more recent than last fall, so it must be some other legal advice forum that he uses (unless he's deleted it, maybe), but that's his M.O.

For the most part I agree, but what in his previous behavior suggests that he'd be dissuaded by an answer that obviously torpedo'd his case? He's had a judge explain (at least once) what was wrong with it, and his response was that it was a 'bias fake judge'. He actually points out in his book (multiple times) flaws in his arguments and somehow chalks it up to 'those people don't have a paralegal degree, so they're wrong'.

He clearly has zero self awareness, no idea what he's doing, and delusions of grandeur, in addition to all his other previously cataloged personality deficiencies. He's a perfect 0.

No, he wouldn't be dissuaded. But he posted about it in a positive manner, which implies to me that he got an answer he liked (probably because his question was too vague for the lawyer to see how stupid it is).

If he hadn't liked the answer, he probably wouldn't have posted anything about it on Facebook, nothing positive-sounding at least.

Sure, he wants an eye roll emoji now, but once enough people use it against him like with the "haha" face, he'll want to ban it for making fun of him for being unable to roll his eyes.

EDIT: Whoops, missed Pittdown's comment, so just agreeing with him. Meanwhile, Russell has of yet to call for a ban of the drooling emoji, but that could be just because no one's used it against him yet.

I just want to chime in on what income he may revive. I have always wondered if maybe he's gotten money from a dead relative, and his parents set up a trust. A relative that pitied him, knowing he was going to have a difficult road ahead.

Ok Kiwis, who's behind this agent shit? :hah:

I wonder which fine cuisine place is he gonna choose this time: Chez Sonique or L'usine de Cheesecake?

I hope it's not the person who was banned. Reading those emails was fun but baiting this cow too many times will just lead to empty udders.

She didn’t. It’s called “delusion”

You just don't understand his plight. Incelism is a legit disability and Tay Tay totally mocked him for it...you know, like through her handlers and folks who are paid to protect her from people suffering from this "plight". Who cares if she doesn't know who he is? She hung out with cancer kids so she clearly has time on her hand for a stalker with delusions of grandeur.

You’re right. My bad.
