"Polynesian" here. Never heard in my entire fucking life a polynesian call another polynesian a "Poly".

Coconut, Islander, Bro, Sis, Bae, Fulla, Hori. (Note never use Hori or Coconut if you're not Polynesian descent, they're the equivalent of "Nigga" to black culture.).

When I think about it, the reason is nobody actually uses "Polynesian" they use Maori, Tongan, Fijian. People from different island nations have completely fucking different cultures and their own cliques.
