He's saving lives.

lol nigga is in house keeping. Autoclaves are nothing more than a big oven they use to sterilize linens and instrumentation. I went to college with a kid who told people he was an "Event Coordinator" but what that meant was he was the guy that unfolded the metal chairs into rows in the student union when speakers showed up. He's barely one step up from the janitors.

Here's one of the machines he's super proud of "running". His was probably bigger so he had to put more in it and use his pushing stick to hit the right buttons.

From what I've found, Yo! Noid here seems to work at an old people's hospital in either Pittsburgh or Wichita.

He boils trash for a living.
He's saving lives.

Man what a shithead. Someone's venting about the frustrations in their life but SHUT UP I moved a lot of bedsheets. People have a right to feel shitty about the shitty things in their lives, shithead.

I mean it's important to find value in what you do but "actively helping save lives" isn't quite what I'd call janitorial work.

Quick question because I'm rather out of the loop with Deagle Nation after the ruse reveal: Is Jan's head injury from the Brianna Wu street race / icy road crash (I recall he received a concussion from that) or was it from another incident?

yeah, he got a bad concussion from the icy road crash.

It's assholish to try and compare problems. There's that phrase "how deep is the mud? depends on who you ask" for shit like this.

And, mental-illness specific, "It doesn't matter if you're drowning in 7 inches of water or 70 feet of water, you're still dying"

It was the crash. Even on his first stream after the crash he was talking about the injury and there was a picture of him in the hospital, wearing the trademark glasses. His car rolled over, and according to the final stream he was in the car with "Tyce" and their first instinct was to get the camera out and make the infamous video. Later after filming they decided to say Brianna Wu did it.

I see this a lot online. Stephen’s University even took in essentially fans of the show to work on it. As we saw with the Lauren Zuke situation, this never turns out well. I’ve always had a hard time separating my identity from some medias I’ve really enjoyed, so I understand it to an extent, but these fans are so intwined with the work they force themselves into it. In indentifying with the work, these fans-turned-helpers’ input is less about the creation and it’s quality and more about themselves. People turning down their ideas or not liking them becomes personal. Wanting to change an aspect of it becomes wanting to change themselves. And if the original creator disagrees with them, it’s like their entire identity crumbles. It’s sad to watch.
The other thing that causes shitty fan work to become official is when studios/publishers wanting to mi lk a franchise decide to get some talentless hack (who just so happens to be a fan of said franchise) to make his own spin off/sequel to said franchise. The publisher or studio goes in with the expectation it'll sell a bunch, the writer/director/dev goes in with the expectation that he'll finally get noticed since nobody else noticed his likely terrible work outside of this, and it ends up flopping critically. It happened to Mass Effect and Halo, and is happening to Star Wars right now.

PART III: Drop Dead City and the Youtube Shoah

ddc begins.PNG

koochmightquitband.PNG

Around this time, Kooch begins fervently declaring “Jan was right” and finally starts to realize that the whole underground art collective chat room thing is a dumb idea, about six months after Jan told him so. However, he is still in denial and isn’t able to fully let go. Rather than take Jan’s advice and find better things to do with his time, Kooch instead just switches from vilifying Jan to trying to imitate him and continues doing the exact same thing that got him to fail in the first place. He pretends to change, but change is hard, so he settles for a surface level cosmetic change. Now as a reformed gamer, Kooch tries to imitate Jan’s failed leadership style from the original Discord and treat it like a creative workshop where people make and critique content, rather than a hangout chat room for shitposting.

D2 as a moniker has been declared dead, but the group itself still has a future to pursue. All of the chat history, extra roles and channels are deleted from the Discord in an attempt to purge all extra bullshit. We were going to start fresh. The decision was made to change our name to Drop Dead City and try the original idea again, this time with less funposting and more video making.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the enthusiasm that we did when we started WDG2. The group turned more into a circle of online friends who talked, shared memes and occasionally talked about the videos they were making. This was a far cry from Kooch’s dream of an influential, subversive art collective. The channel became a dumping ground for videos made by anyone in the Discord for fun.

Over time, Kooch grew to hate the group that he created. His vision, his ethos, it all just wasn’t realized the way he had hoped. The reality only grew more prominent the more he got to know us. He gave the group a second chance with Drop Dead City, but it still didn’t change into what he wanted it to be. His dream died a long time ago, and it won’t stop hurting. The videos he’d lost - the comrades he’d lost. It’s like they’re all still there… The Phantom Pain lingers, and while Jan may be gone, Kooch knows this isn’t over - and he’ll never be whole again. After a conversation with some christian anime steam friends, he becomes obsessed with revenge, doubting his comrades along the way. He’s going to make us give back his past.

Why is he still here, just to suffer?

Despite Kooch’s claims, he isn’t done with his group just yet. He still owns the Youtube channel, but wants nothing to do with the community anymore. He sends another member a message to give to the Discord, telling them to delete his videos on his channel or he’ll pull the plug on the whole thing.

A user, BabeGayer, thinks this is retаrded and tries to contact him. Maybe Kooch will tell him what’s wrong.

Note that Babe’s response was sent just after kooch finished typing his message. Babe had no time to react as he was still in the middle of typing.

vids are gone ask gabe about it.PNG
He deletes every video on the channel because someone wanted to know what was going on with him. There is also a bit more to the conversation above: Babe was one of the most frequent and most polished video posters of the group. He was probably the only one who actually cared about production quality and spent a lot of time polishing projects and learning Adobe Premiere. He was also the only one who treated the community like it was supposed to be; an art collective. Kooch is mocking a video editor because he deleted videos he wanted the editor to make. Kooch, the guy who literally cried when he refreshed a Discord group and also cried when an internet stranger told him to stop being autistic, is pulling the “it’s just the internet” card on someone who was rightfully irritated over hours of requested work being deleted forever, all because Babe wanted to know why Kooch was so upset the day before. I mean, Kooch had no right to be upset, after all it’s just the internet. In fact, he wants everyone else to know not to be so mad about the internet too. All of a sudden Kooch comes back into the discord and continues to post in his smug “above-it-all” facade.

kooch actign cool.PNG

kooch acting cool 2.PNG

koochs demands.PNG
No one gives a shit about his demands and everyone goes about their business because no one wants him back, which is something he never accounted for. No one save Babe and two others were really upset about the channel being deleted anyway, but they did lose respect for kooch because of this stunt. That channel was supposed to be a group vision, run democratically with no real leaders. Content creators would just upload videos as they pleased, and Kooch abused his account privileges to delete other people’s work all because he was upset that the content (and the group as a whole) didn’t turn out like he wanted. That sounds like something a spoiled child would do.

After Kooch does his thing and bails, he gives me channel ownership and I send everyone to a new Discord before deleting the old one, putting all the autism behind us and laying it to rest. Some stay in the new group, but some go their separate ways. It’s not long until Kooch returns.

As we will see in the next few days worth of updates, Kooch is stuck in a time loop. He is unable to let go of the dream of Wiz Dum Gun, and keeps trying to repeat it each time, never learning from his mistakes. He creates group after group, all based around the same failed concept as Wiz Dum Gun, all completely unsuccessful. Each time he brings in new people from YouTube to use as pawns in his insane Groundhog Day LARP, taking credit for their work while producing nothing of value by himself. Like a soldier having flashbacks, he relives the same scenario countless times trying to think of “what he could have done differently” to prevent the tragic outcome that still haunts him. Unlike a soldier, his PTSD revolves an obscure YouTube comedian instead of an actual atrocity. Ironically, Kooch’s desperate clinging to the phantom of Deagle Nation perfectly embodies the reason why Jan quit in the first place: the mentally ill, toxic obsessive fanbase.

Not mad at all, I don't know what you guys are talking about. When I'm confused at a friend of mine not talking to me I also call them 14 times in a row.

PART III: Drop Dead City and the Youtube Shoah
[autism speaks and we didn't listen]

Jesus H. Christ. I'm glad life kicked me in the nuts and I was dropped for not being around when all this happened. I have some follow up questions though.

1) It looks like you were made "owner", or "leader" or whatever by koochies meltdown. While I don't know anything at all about Drop Dead City, did that stick, did people start looking to you for guidance, or was the democratic culture so that you being christened "owner" not really amount to much?

2) Does that group (or a form of that group) that went from WDG to WDG2 to DCC still exist in some form or another? Are you guys active in any way or did Yoko Ono's chimpout break the band up fully?

3) Are there any backups or work files leftover from the channel that was deleted? Did anything get saved? Is it viewable in any form now? ("If only we had an archivist! *who didn't suck!")

Julia from Sesame Street is 4 years old, by the way. But then again, ironically being a baby fucker is high art.

Everyone's kinda doing their own thing, but we still talk with each other.

1. I think very briefly a few people might have seen me as "boss" but we quickly made a new group that didn't have a leader. Sucking admin/moderator dick in chatrooms always bugged me so I made sure to keep everyone equal in my group. Admins only maintained the chat, like a janitor and didn't have different color names. In D2 we had all these confusing meme ranks and I just had zero in the new group.
2. I took the people who were still standing from the old group and turned the community into a shitposting and img/link sharing discord because that's what we mostly did anyway. As for actually creating content, I'm making some of my own but what I have planned is gonna take a while to release. It's a CGI sketch show that I'm making a whole season of and then just dumping it on some Youtube alternative. I'd post like an episode a week over 2 months and then make more as soon as the season finished production. But enough about that, it's mostly off-topic and any relevant info about the new group will be posted tomorrow in Part IV. It'll be vere relevant then because turning Kooch's subversive art collective into a shitpost chat pissed him OFF
3. Unfortunately most of the vids, even Kooch's vids, were lost but I can give you a rough estimate of what it was like:
This was a collab vid we did in the wizdumgun days that Jan didn't oversee and wasn't even aware of until we showed it to him on twitter. Our D2 collab was like that video in its style. Each member had their unique flavor to them.

Enig would use Garry's mod and had a tech-focused vibe. He also ran a lot of our vids through this VHS setup to give it a good authentic degenerated film feel.
This was his D2 collab submission. The entire collab was originally run through Enig's VHS rig.

BabeGayer and his friend (the dude in the graduation cap in that video) had a duo thing they were doing where Babe was the cameraman and editor, while his friend did improve. When kooch actually edited, his stuff had a pretty decent atmosphere to it and made bg music for us. Others would add voices and help in other ways too.

I experimented with splicing videos together (i did the Hentai Powerglove time computer video in that 2017 collab) and using OpenToonz to make shitty frame-by-frame cartoons about a delusional racist man who drives around doing drive-bys at random black ppl out of self-preservation from the safety of his car.
This guy's face is who that cartoon was in the Trial of Jan Rankowski video btw. This was a video i put into the power hour collab that I sketched and animated in like a week. The same week I downloaded the animating program.

Kooch's content was a bit all over the place. Sometimes it was edited and had a coherent narrative like this:

But 99% of the time it was just random vertical videos like this:
