It's pretty much the idea that for most of history humans we're pretty blocked off from each other and thus developed along different lines genetically and that these differences can explain some of the outcomes between different races

The video that got flagged was the one wherein he covered Jonathan Ross. That means someone, somewhere, out there, is willfully pathetic enough to damage Jim at the cost of vindicating a pedophile.

He was one of the admins in Krout's discord. He admitted to false flagging a stream that was critical of the group. They're (likely) targeting Jim because of the series of videos he's posting that calls them out on their petty bullshit.

I say likely because it's just speculation, but the attacks started immediately after Jim announced that the next video in the series would be posted tonight.

There's also the fact that Jim hopped into a stream that had people from the Discord in it. Seeing Jeff go from bad ass boasting to quietly nervous was hilarious and shows just how cowardly they really are.
