The photo was taken in summer of 2012 and was posted on deviantArt sometime in 2013.

He's gone and put other pictures of her up on the 'net, and I know there's one in particular where she looks extremely uncomfortable in it too. He has no respect for anyone or anything. It's disgusting.
 
@GamerGirl140 not that you need anyone telling you what to do, but you could probably have those removed if you wanted. That being said, I don't think anyone BUT Heather should be the first one to try and get her photos taken down.

It's all up to you in the end and we'll respect that. If you do end up requiring assistance, you know where you can turn.
 
If you do want them taken down, I recommend asking your older sister or a long time, very close IRL friend to contact him for you. Keeping up your lack of contact will send a powerful message to him.
 
dA's got a decent report system though too: no one needs to be in contact with anyone. Plus they have a personalized option of explaining why you're reporting. It'd be enough for you to say he's an ex, and I'm fairly sure they'll oblige.

If he blames the Kiwi forums, that's more than fine. I'd rather he rage and froth at us than potentially give you a hard time.

I'm seconding this and also what MysticMisty said. You have different options of getting the photos taken down if you so choose and you have the support of several people on your side, no matter which route you take. If you decide to have him take the photos down, I know you can do it. :)

He posted that to his gallery in 2013. I only posted it here because it was relevant to a hypothetical question regarding him actually getting married and who would do the housework/cooking and that picture and description answered it in my opinion.

Ohhhh I thought it was recent. Well I guess I was wrong about his wife ideas. I never thought about action heroes having to do household chores before.

Yeah, I can confirm this lol. A few years ago a friend of mine was pistol whipped by some unethical police (to say the least). I found him in the gutter with the cops standing around him. I thought he'd been shot in the head, it was like a river of blood. He ended up only needing a few stitches, so I guess it wasn't too bad. Point is blunt force trauma to the head=BAD TIME.

His tone in that first one is retchworthy. I love how guys like he and OPL always have this fatherly tone, like they know what's best for women. Like: "I see, an allowance. I have experience in this sorta thing, being a grownup."
