Yeah, the "John doesn't have a licence" thing is an old meme based around John's brand obsession with Uber, Frank constantly driving him everywhere, and his obvious lack of knowledge on anything automobile-related. He has a car licence, but not a motorcycle licence, because he was too retarded to pass the written test. Which even people who haven't sat on a motorcycle in their life can pass.
 
Many years ago, I shared a flat with a guy who had the ability to look me in the eye and barefaced lie about something that had happened 5 minutes earlier and he was fully aware that I'd witnessed. It wasn't only me he would do it to.

I've always been curious about how someone could get to young adulthood (this was a fair few years ago), and be entirely convinced that people could believe such flat out and easily contradicted bullshit. I think the similarities are why I am so interested in the WuWorld.

The other commonalities are this guy had a rich and successful father who he had no chance of emulating, and a meek door-mat stay at home mother who he often disparaged. I get the feeling that the father wasn't interested in him growing up, and the mother wouldn't have had the strength of character to pull him up when his self aggrandizing lies became too obvious.

I stayed in that flat for about a year and I've often thought I could do a long post of some of his more bizarre lies (all obvious, easily refuted and designed to self aggrandize, and quite often batshit mental NASA Space camp tier) as a compare and contrast exercise, and also as a way of trying to work out whether the guy was a narcissist, a socio-path or a narcissistic socio-path.

I mean, listen, at some point the cost of creating bitcoin outstrips the cost of energy and that will be the hard cut off for bitcoin profitability. It'll dive off a cliff before that, though, once the profit margins just aren't there.

I don't even know where the fuck Wu got this notion that bitcoin will outstrip all energy produced on earth by 2020. I just ... it's the weekend, why the fuck do I have to think about stupid things like this?

Every couple weeks, John goes through a brainstorming session where he tries to figure out the dumbest, most ignorant thing anyone could possibly say, and then says it.
