In the facility I worked in the patients in that unit were allowed out to take walks around the courtyard and stuff like that if they had a staff member with them, but for the most part they stayed in the unit and it had a keycode in and out. (Of course, this facility was near a busy highway so it was probably like that due to liability concerns.)

He is now attempting to threaten Verizon. This marks a trend in his recent videos in which he calls up massive companies like Google or Skype and attempts to threaten them, while simultaneously admitting that he has no assets, has been ignored by the police, and generally behaves like a nutter.
He usually ends by becoming racist towards to outsourced call center, or chimping out when they repeatedly call him "sir".

Okay, so about 6 months ago tom filed a dmca against us, and then tom used it to contact null and his tard wrangler Golden. Here are the emails. P funny shit.

He is Tom's tardwrangler. At the time, "Golden's Rule" was in effect. "Golden's Rule" was for Tom to email the MHIST any and all evidence of cyberbullying Tom was experiencing. Golden didn't have @Null as a high priority to talk to, he probably just wanted to clear up shit with him and gather evidence on Tom because the MHIST has petitioned to take Tom in for involuntary examination more than a few times. Talking to us, the people fat fuck is harassing, would be key.

Makes more sense than. Tom isn't stupid enough to believe that we'll believe that his tardwrangler has any authority to do anything about forums on the internet does he? The way you explained things, this has a better potential to blow up in Tom's face as this gives this Matthew Golden a way to look into the way Tom acts and what he claims to do.
