I don't think I know of any other senior citizen who has done less in their life than Tommy has. All he has is getting online and talking about his criminal past. That has to be one of the most pathetic ways to live.

In other news, Tommy stiffed his old landlord for rent when he sold the building. Now Tommy thinks he gets to keep the rent free and clear because he attracts cockroaches and doesn't clean his hovel. Something about the swamp cooler being broken for a couple weeks is also thrown in to the reasons he thinks he's justified. Side note, Tom is just taking advantage of the change in ownership in am effort to get out of paying his rent so that he can buy drugs and a new sax.

Does this mentally ill senior citizen mean yetzer hara or in English the definitive "the evil inclination"? There is no aitzer. He really needs to stop pretending to be Jewish, he's not fooling anyone. Also he's combining a few types of Judaism here.

The dementia is kicking in hardcore, it seems. In all seriousness, I wonder how much longer before Tombomb does something that ends up putting him in the lockdown unit of one of the local skilled care facilities.
ETA for those who aren't familiar with the term: lockdown unit being a wing for Alzheimer's and other dementia patients so they don't wander and pose a danger to themselves or others.

Is it actual lockdown? The one near me always let people out during the day until around 9pm than gathered them up since they assumed they wouldn't wonder too far.
