From the title I thought poor little Koksal Baba had met his end.

Sounds like a really clear case of suicide by cop. Also that article is a stitch. It starts off presenting this kid as a normal collegiate activist but then the troon stuff, the pronouns, the ponies, and the dad supporting Antifa starts to ooze out.

From how I'm reading this, the suicidal idiot was hoping to become a martyr for those ANTIFA fuckheads, especially given what the suicidal idiot's father said.

As for using lethal force, it's SOP for police that anyone who refuses a lawful order to drop a weapon, knife or gun, and keeps approaching you despite repeated attempts to get them to peacefully disarm, which was done and was recorded as having been attempted, then putting the lunatic on the ground is perfectly acceptable.

I for one feel no pity for the idiot in question, and while the article mentions the carrying of concealed weapons was approved for that area, you should never unconceal a weapon unless your life is in danger for the purposes of self defense. And when you are given an order by lawful authority to drop the weapon, you either drop the weapon or the consequences for not only not doing so but threatening said authority are on you or on your corpse.

I'm actually more disgusted by the news making a shitty biased headline to feed off anti-police sentiment. SUPER TINY, INSIGNIFICANT KNIFE WIELDED BY STUDENT WHO WASN'T EVEN WEARING SHOES SHOT BY COP.
