EDIT: Randi Harper is never mentioned by name, either, although she does talk about blockchains.

Yea I noticed that you couldn't see just the shitty reviews when clicking on "show one star" but they seem to have fixed that. and I was going to buy it but got ninja'd by freebookspot as far as putting it out there. I am trying to chew through it. its fucking HORRID, as well expected. the writing, man the writing...

Most likely they're being written by the few troons who are still clinging onto the hope that carrying Chelsea's water is going to "help" other troons and give them a career boost/financial compensation.

I question ANY review where it says they got the hardcover and have read it. The funny part is that she just proved hypocrisy to the world by mentioning him by name- bullying only in a different format. As I pointed out in a review (have choked my way through about half the book so far) there were better ways to do that. But again she wouldn't be here if she didn't do things the wrong way. So far all I have read is shit, and unintentionally funny from chapter one. She goes into how she was about to move in with a guy she only met a week before to france no doubt, and wonders why ANYONE would call her a slut.... Hmm. I personally don't give a shit what she does with her body and I HATE the double standard. But a lot of people make those judgments and that one paragraph shows why they MIGHT think her a golddigging loose virtued, hanger on.
 
So is there a pdf or a torrent of this book out there yet? I wanna give it a flip through but fuck paying 15 bones

My money is on ghazi types like Colby Klaus wanting to defend their slay queen and probably a few /pol posters trying to stir the pot with KIA.

AFAIK you maintain verified purchase if you write the review after buying it even if you cancel the order or return it.

Nude photos that you were paid to pose for and posted on a faux-Suicide Girls site are not even in the same universe as "private".

This one is a little far back but I do actually remember this, this pre-8chan so lost in the sea of threads that /v/ hosted during the early events post-Zoepost

It was generally known in the threads that there was a lot of shilling going on, people trying to drop dis-info or discouraging digging further. Already by this point people had already realized what they were finding went well beyond Zoe's exploits. But there were posters trying to bring it back to her almost as bait to lead away from the digging. Around the time of PAX there was a whole bunch of shill posts declaring that Zoe was going to fake/ instigate an assault on herself seeing as she had this talk booked. Most people saw this for what it actually was (a distraction) and called out anyone repeating that post.

For what it's worth I recall the talk was hardly attended but people got "I support Zoe Quinn" armbands or something. It's not like a bunch of people can suddenly afford plane tickets to Seattle *just* to yell at a ho.

For context as to how little Zoe already mattered at this point, around this time people were looking into things like Silverstring Media and were digging though Polytron leak (where a lot of info revealing that the IDGA was a rigged result, and Fez's money trail came from). There were people who still got distracted by her but mostly because of Wizardchan and TFYC - the "5 guys" only mattered because they all led to interesting discoveries later on.
