I'm currently trying to rebalance my diet due to a lot of the food I used to eat having dairy in it. Thank you to the hippies in Oregon for almond milk and goat cheese.

Well that sucks. I do know that hard aged cheeses have way less lactose than creamier, softer fresher cheeses. What specific dairy products are giving you the most trouble?Already did, and it only helps half of the time.
I haven't tried soy yet because almond milk is cheaper in my area, but I will try it if it goes on sale.How do you feel about soy milk? Lots of dishes have a dairy free version with a soy milk instead.
