Hello you absolute sleepyheads. You might be wondering why I haven't had much shuteye for the past several months. I'm pleased to announce that I've discovered a new real world glitch that at first makes me super tired and sleep deprived but eventually allows me to speedrun any day of my choosing by forcing me to sleep for an extended periods of time. The setup is a bit convoluted and it involves antagonizing Billy Michell and losing nearly all my wealth but it's certainly worth it. I call this skip "sleep Lobst".

Usually these are just auto-scanned by a machine and it not unusual for two sheets of paper to stick together and be pulled through as one.
Anyone who has worked with scanner/printer hybrids with automatic scan function knows how unreliable they can be.

If this was a mistake on the court's side, this would actually be an excellent argument for Karl to bring up eFiling again and request an exception.

I prefer NAPLORD. Like my family all are big fans of naps. Found out you have to be very careful how you word that on an employment physical.

You can't say you "Fall asleep" when you nap, they apnea tag your ass. You have to use "rest" language.

Unlike Karl who thinks mentioning an already documented condition as a sudden hardship won't see him BITCHSLAPPED BY THE LAW.

Me? A nap is 2-4 hours, sometimes dreams, sometimes not. I prefer not. Just wake up like "huh, the fuck?"

I doubt Karl will get anywhere with that argument. The rule is in place to stop the court getting spammed with crap from none-lawyers.

I guess this might have played a role in Karl's decision to re-upload his video about DCS.
He is praying that the litigious owner has run out of money after deservedly losing the case against this Youtuber.
This case made the news and got our favorite autistic "right to repair advocate" all mad, so everyone supported this small Youtuber in his quest to win against DCS.

I'm in the same boat, I enjoyed most of his non-Billy content. I think he did a lot of good by exposing Wata games. The problem is that after the lawsuit I can no longer trust him and by extension the content he puts in his videos: if he's willing to lie and manipulate the facts in such a major case like the lawsuit then what exactly stops him from doing so with something as minor as obscure speedrunning facts? He already did this once with that tranny BF6 cheater.
 
Remember the video by Karl about fraud in the retro game market, where he accused Wata games and an auction house of fraud?


Some people actually sued Wata, and even tried to turn it into a Class Action.
Sadly the filings are not public on courtlistener, so if anyone with PACER access can take a look, that would be phenomenal, because the case seems to have had a judgement on March 31st.

Karl's video about fraud at Wata was brought into the case as "evidence", so it should be interesting if they actually managed to win, or if Karl has to hold another L for another of his stories.

Late and ghey edit: Someone did the needful. It appears that the plaintiffs let the case die by not responding to an order to show cause. The case is dismissed without prejudice. I highly doubt that they will try again. Another of Karl's "fraud" stories ends with the "bad guys" getting away with it.

Plaintiffs cucked out after being given a long extension to follow proper procedure, so the case was dismissed without prejudice.

Just tried Billy's Vendetta sauce, and it's another winner. Very flavorful without getting punched in the face with the heat, unless you drown your meal in it I guess. Best tasting ghost pepper sauce I've had, will definitely buy another bottle next time I put in a Rickey's order.
