Yeah, but half of Wemby's blocks every game are blatant fouls or goaltends that dont get called because the refs are in a shitty position to see them. The three second violation also does not exist for him apparently.
Finch actually made a point about the goaltends not being called after the game despite us winning. This is actually a good thing as I think it will basically force the officials hands and they'll scrutinize Wemby a bit more going into tonight. Also I get Gobert has never been great at the freethrow line but bruh you gotta do a little better than 20% the shits getting ridiculous. Either way Wolves in 7 I think.

Yeah FInch now how the game is played. His iconic crashout against OKC had a notable effect on Shai's whistle and the Wolves gameplan of going straight at Wemby worked out pretty good. Looking forward to Terrance Shannon dunking on the lanklet Go woofs.

It's looking tough so far, man the Wolves need to wake the fuck up in the second half. Shootings been terrible!

Nobody on your playoff caliber team scoring more than 12 points is absolutely disgraceful.

One day Naz Reid is going to get traded to a real team and win 6th man of the year and a championship for them.

This was a problem for them during the regular season too. They'd get randomly blown out by bad teams.

At this point I think their only hope is to find a new coach who is a hardass and can drill a consistent offensive gameplan into them, plus hope that Ant takes a huge jump at being a floor general.

As a Minnesota fan, does this series or the Wild's series with the Avs hurt more to watch?
I'd say the wolves. The wild does not hurt me because they haven't been good since they were the north stars. They're called the wild cause they're just a wild card exit team and never amount to shit. The wolves actually have potential for greatness, or at least more so

Damn, if only they had someone like Tom Thibodeau....wait a minute....

Ant certainly has the talent to be this generation's Kobe, but he doesn't have that same killer instinct. He loves to run his mouth, but he wilts at the most random times and can't play consistently. If he was going to make that leap, I think he'd have done it already.

It's like everyone waiting years for Anthony Davis to become the most dominant big man in the league, where every year, the same talking heads kept yapping, "Is this when AD finally reaches his potential?" They're still waiting. (Sorry, still a bit salty about him getting a 75th Anniversary team nod over Alex English, who led the NBA in points during the 80s and didn't actually miss games)

If I were Dybantas I'd be doing everything in my power to flunk my pre-draft interview, up to and including terroristic threats should the Wizards draft me.
They're a clown franchise without question. Maybe one of the very worst in American sports. But there is SOMETHING there. Sarr is not bullshit, despite my reservations. Kyshawn George might be pretty good. If they can flip Trae Young, whose game belongs in 2004, and Davis, who is fully cooked, for anything even slightly worth a damn, and combine that with another #1 pick...who knows? They might win 35 games next year.

I also have a soft spot in my heart for that gold top, black shorts jersey. Weird as hell, but it has character.
