There is a thread under this tweet. But frankly, i'm suprised its being adressed at all. It seems that everyone getting tilted about not being consulted about this giant fuck ass data center were NOT commies. I'm not going to say the response is perfect. But it is better than "YOU ARE A CHINESE SPY IF YOU DISAGREE WITH A MASSIVE DATA CENTER".

The courts are in for a reckoning within 2 generations. The Dem base is already done with the courts and view it as a political tool. The Republican base are now souring on the judicial too due in large part Roberts mismanagement.

"Star Wars name judge letting nigger murder white people" is in the popular consciousness of an entire generation of the Right. Judges just like jews are looking down a generational armageddon in how they are percieved.

The best they can hope for is a Brazil like situation where they are married to a single political group. But that just means that either they are target number one if that group loses power or they let the party get so installed they get purged because why share power with some dipshit.

There is going to likely be a reset in how Judges are able to stay on the bench. It may still be lifetime, but the removal procedure will likely become much easier.

Well I mean she dedicated her whole life to becoming president so it makes sense that she had gained so much power. But she did all that just for her campaign to crash and burn the moment it began and then it continued to burn to the very end. She was a smug and delusional bitch and she got exactly what she deserved.
The DNC could've rather easily recovered had they not became obsessed with the idea of total party unity during the Obama era. The big idea that they have is that by making themselves have as minimal infighting as possible, they can then avoid "splitting the vote" which is pants on head retarded because that hasn't actually had much of an impact on most elections due to this thing called "people settling for less". Despite the obvious problems this causes, they've continued to run copypaste candidates while the GOP ends up being the more diverse side that covers a wider range of beliefs. The most "extreme" or "unique" people we ever got in any DNC primary post-2008 were literal who's and Bernie fucking Sanders.
Despite it being a pre-2008 thing, I will say that we dodged a huge bullet by not electing Al Gore, we would've ended up like Canada.

we do want to be careful what we wish for. Yes the current crop of activist judges have broken the covenant with the public but taken too far judges will just become tools of mob justice rather then actual justice if they have to answer every time they make a unpopular decision.

The original judicial covenant was that the justice system would be above all so that everyone got the same treatment. Lady justice was supposed to be blind, everyone had the same rights and judges were hard, if not impossible, to replace to prevent outside forces from influencing them.

Yes, most of the modern lefty judges put party and politics above justice by far but dragging the judges back down into the mud may not be the answer.

What is the answer? Fuck if I know.

IMHO our whole political/social structure needs an overhaul.

We've moved almost beyond democracy. Really giving that drunk homeless nigger who lives off welfare, or that crazy cat lady who thinks sex is a magical thing granted by wishes the same vote as people who contribute to society, who study the issues and partake in the political process is...well fucking stupid. But denying the vote to anyone is also asking for trouble, universal suffrage is the norm after all.

We need a new system of government. Hell we need a whole new social system but no ones been able to come up with one that matches both our technological and social progress. As things stand we can't last and sooner or later shit will break. You can't have 90% of the world's wealth controlled by 2% of the population nor can we do the retarded communism/socialism shit that we KNOW doesn't work.

We need new social ideas to match our new ever changing world. To think that some people, no matter how smart or far seeing, could come up with a perfect political system that would last forever is nuts. I revere the Founders and the society they created but shit has changed so much, we have moved so far away from their world that I don't think we can keep using that system as is for much longer.

I think making judge removal a simple majority vote would solve a lot of things and keep them honest. They aren't holy, they are retards in funny robes that read a few books. Not gods.
