I would simply put my feet on your hips to prevent you from kicking me and then when you try to step in I would grab your heel, push away on that leg and pull in on your knee on the other leg and sweep you down.

I took 2 BJJ fundamentals classes last week and have been lifting for 6 months dude, I know what I'm doing.

Wow what a stunning and brave victory for Iran, they chipped some paint.

Without trying to PL too much, I am in a situation where my boomer parents are getting old and having mobility issues. It used to be just one, but now it's both. I have been having to go by more and more to take care of things before and after work and on weekends, and I don't mind it, it's just life and getting older, but we're fully in the "I the captain now" phase of life. They haven't reached retirement home levels of problems but honestly, I can see it in 2-3 years. But they can't or won't accept it because they're boomers, they've been told they are the Gokus and Luffy's combined. They refuse to use their assets they've sat on for decades to take care of themselves because hey, I'm there, along with others. And where the issues arise is they don't want to even give that money to their own family as a thanks or recognition of what is being done for them. They are the only branch of the tree that deserves nutrients.

I've mentioned it before in boomer stuff, specifically western culture, but in places like Japan the first born son inherits the property and assets because he is supposed to take care of the parents, and often does. There is a clear "move over, pops" situation that is agreed to by culture. In the west, the dumb fuck geriatric dad and mom are in denial about their capabilities and make things infinitely harder than they need to be. You can't mow the yard now, don't even try, don't try and clean the house you'll just fall and hurt yourself or break something, how about I just drive you to the stores when you need stuff, just give me 24 hours notice to schedule things out. And hey, don't talk to the people who shouldn't be soliciting services in your neighborhood because it's a nice neighborhood because I don't want you to get caught up in some scam or bullshit. Oh, you're just going to keep doing things and fuck everything up so now I have to spend more time to fix your mistakes? Great. Fantastic. And there's just a continued sense of "you know you're taking away from my family and grandkids because you need to still make things about you, at least throw a bone."

It's not just leaving the property, which should just be normal in healthy family relationships. It is all the other rather undeserved accumulation of wealth the boomers have on top of what feels like a free house. They get to double dip when people are barely able to scrap together decent mortgages for shit houses.
