Karl has to be aware how much of a hypocrite this makes him look, even to his own audience. He did the exact same thing to Billy, but worse, in wider scale, over a longer period of time, and then bragged about weaseling out of the court-ordered punishment he was supposed to receive for it.

Maybe that's Karl's strategy. He trying to be a huge hypocrite on purpose by using the same type of arguments Billy used. So when Karl wins, he gets to make a video and say "Look how easy it is to fool judges. This gullible judge fell for my bullshit sob story just like the last one fell for Billy's. This proves that Billy owning my ass last year meant nothing."
 
I think Karl might genuinely be stupid/arrogant enough to not see the irony in this shit. I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks that being stressed out by a court case is an experience wholly unique to him.
Forcing him to accept consequences for his actions (which he's worming around anyway) is cruel and unusual and simply too much for any sloptuber to bear.

This response is late and gay, but I find it baffling that Jobst spent so much time and effort speed running and was still on a PAL console. It doesn't matter if you aren't a huge sweat, but if you're going for world record you'd think the thousands of hours being squandered would justify just getting a fucking NTSC console at some point so you aren't getting absolutely cucked by the loading times and inferior framerate. Motherfucker can't even be autistic correctly.

If I decided to speedrun an old ass game I'd just use an emulator because ain't no way I'm paying for an old console at the inflated prices a lot of them are at, much less an NTSC one that I then have to get an adapter for or however you make it work. Putting a billion hours into playing the same game over and over again while being a 50hz nigger? Lol, lmao even.

Some games are better speedrun in PAL. Crash 2 for instance has a level skip only possible on PAL which cuts far more time than the NTSC version. Other games' movement speed is increased to compensate for the difference which makes individual level runs quicker in PAL. I know GoldenEye has separate rankings for PAL runs so its not like he's a second or two off everyone he's competing against. Then again, he is a moron.

In top of that on how he knows what did to billy in terms of business wise partnerships, sponsors, opportunities income lose and reputation as whole.
