Another update on the on going Fulton County ballots case.

You'll remember when we last left off the judge had ruled that the Fulton county request to have the 650 boxes of election ballots returned unopened was denied due to the DoJ subpoena being 100% legit and legal. The DNC lawsharks then filed yet another attempt to have them returned using some pretty specious law points but that matter is still under consideration.

So what's the update then?

Welp the DoJ just dropped 800 odd subpoenas on Fulton county election staff. They are required to come before the Grand Jury to answer the FBI's questions since they won't do it voluntarily.

This has caused much pant shitting among the Fulton country DNC types as now the Feds are looking for exact names of who did when and when and who signed off on the receipts. So of course they launched counter suit and a immediate counter attack and filed a lawsuit to have the subpoenas thrown out. And well well well lookie here, it's our old friends Norm Eissen and Abbey Lowel once again going to bat for the Democrats. Not only are these two now lead council on both the Fulton country and Maricopa county ballots cases, they're taking on the task of fighting all the subpoena's the DOJ is shitting out.

Fulton County officials are asking a federal court to block a sweeping grand jury subpoena that seeks personal information on thousands of people who helped run the 2020 election, calling the request "overbroad," "harassing," and legally unjustified.

In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections argues the subpoena demands sensitive personal data — including names, home addresses, emails, and phone numbers — for election workers and volunteers who served during the November 2020 general election.

The filing says the subpoena was issued in April by a federal prosecutor tied to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of North Carolina and directed Fulton County to turn over the information to federal officials, not a grand jury.

County attorneys argue the request is unprecedented in scope and not tied to any viable criminal investigation.

"Its purpose is to target, harass, and punish… election officials, poll workers, and volunteers," the motion states.

After illegally seizing our election records in January, the federal government once again is attempting to misuse criminal process. This time, it is to demand the names, home addresses, personal emails, and personal telephone numbers of everyone who assisted with the 2020 General Election.

This is yet another act of outrageous federal overreach designed to intimidate and to chill participation in elections. This harassment should not be allowed, so we have asked the Court to act.

If the Feds get the go ahead to start interviewing the Fulton county ballot niggers you know shit is going to go sideways and fast. That's why the DNC has sent out it's two sleaziest best hired guns to shut this shit down ASAP. Every day that goes by increases the chance of some dumb nigger saying the wrong thing or some little peon getting cold feet and ratting out to the Feds to save their own ass.

Good. Fulton was one of the most obvious points of fraud in the 2020 election, and even just making them fear that they are going to jail will reduce the chances of them pulling the same shit in 2026 and 2028. There's no chance in hell they can pull it off and hide the evidence ever again so even their supporters should be trying to stop them from pulling crap.

The Democrats are trying to get precedent that the Constitution and Voting Rights Act together ban all protections against and investigations of election fraud.
