I don't see that not having to be personally responsible for everybody else necessarily ends in generational ladder-pulling and infinite third world slave labor. That's where spiritual boomers like Ghost lose me. I have a degree of sympathy for where he's coming from given that he was "raised" by actual baby-boomers who abandoned him, but I'm convinced his politics is some kind of deep-rooted cope for how unnatural that kind of familial deprivation was (historically speaking - it's the norm now, and look how great that's worked out for all of us).

The opsec doesn't even have to be that good if you just never directly concede the success of the phonebooking attempts. I don't think he's a fool and I wouldn't put it past him to throw false bread crumbs like that. It worked for Jim Metokur until his wife's voting record conclusively exposed him. That said, it's only a matter of some ween going out of his way to trawl through bars and antique shops in his town to come across him. I guess he's lucky that his most dedicated trolls actually really like him.

I mean I get it. I won't say it's morally right.... But this would sucks and I get where someone would be more inclined to not try to help broader and focus on "me and mine." It's made even worse by groups of people (with more access to your inbox than ever before) who will say you are evil for "not caring enough."
Also, Ghost would likely be a boomer himself... It's hard to say specifically, but he is almost certainly a later boomer, born sometime in the early 60s. I mean, even if Gen X was as early as 65, generations are supposed to be based on commonality, and in the absence of any real age, he's morally, politically, and mentally, a boomer.

He used to claim back in the BlogTalk days that he was in Vietnam. I don't know if that's true or not. If it is then he's in his 70s or older. Astonishing that he still keeps this going if he really is that old.

Highly doubtful but I do believe he is a late-boomer, 1960´s or such, it would explain why he is starting to wind down a bit with the drinking, even went on a tantrum and went on a blocking spree to several of the funny troll "characters" of the show, you know, what actually makes the ghost show worth watching.

Related, frequent TGS contributor Alexander the Resurrection claims he is the target of civil litigation, implicitly from RG's most recent tard superstar Jag the Luxray:

AtR's long-running troll against Jag has been to take his really bizarre looking Luxray OC and make parody art of it in the mode of Liquid Chris taunting IBA, only AtR actually made some merch of his parody art (print-on-demand t-shirts and maybe mugs). One would think this would be the pretext for this action, but the store is still up as of this post. In reality, Jag is violently offended by any transformative use of his OC of a copyrighted character and thinks even parody art is a violation of his dubious copyright claim to this Nintendo-derived character.

Jag's YT account featuring his retarded OC. Notice the suggested vids featuring "cute" Eevee content. Jag has an unsettling fixation on this character, and his trolls insist that he's a plushophile. We know that he has at least a passing interest in adult humans because he got catfished by a tranny on Discord a year or so ago, but most of his enthusiasm seems to be for child-like furry creatures.

Pretty much everything the store is/was selling. Jag the Donkey, in this case.

I think Alexander the Resurrection was also running JagtheLuxray.com, because that has gone down since the last time I checked it as well (edit: apparently Jag's been threatening a bunch of other people too with lolsuits so it really could belong to any of his trolls). It was pretty much just a collection of insulting art of Jag, Jag's mom, and phonebooking of his family home.

Undoubtedly all of this will be the subject of much tomfoolery on upcoming TGS RG and meme segments. I've missed the last few TGS episodes so maybe the rumblings of discontent have already begun, but it's bound to snowball from here: Jag does not comprehend the Streissand effect, and the TGS trolls don't know how to let a gag die.

This guy is definitely taking this stuff too far and I have no idea how he has money to waste of legal processes.
My understanding is that jag has submitted some sort of paperwork to a copyright council that settles these things without going to federal courts they have supposedly accepted the case which I don't understand how because it's quite literally Nintendo's IP

You can look through the X thread and see quite a few people talking about how he has struck their channels.

Edit: doesn't he have a massive TF2 backpack? Maybe he sold some hats while they were still worth something, and that's where the tardsuit money is coming from.

No he lost all his TF2 stuff to a scammer. Last I heard his parents bought him a trailer. I think he does work but I'm not sure. There's people in the community that buddy troll him (they shouldn't ). and I hear info that gets circulated around.
But jag hasn't had anything to do with ghost in awhile last time he called in he threatened ghost about his fans and ghost wasn't having that and called him a retard and has completely washed his hands of him.

On a side note jag really is a creepy little fucker and some day I'll go through and clip out him talking about how he wanted to fuck pippa the rabbit vtuber on RG.

All of Ghost's pet tards try desperately to be like their e-daddy - for WCC and Al Chappers it was ripping off Ghost's schtick, and I guess for Jag it's trying to score with his e-dad's anime ex-waifu. Edit: come to think of it, i think WCC had a thing for Pippa too. She's a little too old for Al Chappers' taste, I imagine.

The process Jag filed this with actually cost $40, it was stated in the paperwork.

You don't actually need a lawyer to file something like this, however I do have a running theory - whenever this shit was talked about on the Twitter spaces (run by tards from the Ghost community) Jag would FREQUENTLY ask an AI questions relating to Copyright law -usually Microsoft Co-Pilot-, and then selectively pick and choose the bits that fit his own personal narrative. I do believe his lawyer in this case really is C.O.Pilot. It's not the first time we've seen a lolcow submit legal documents with the assistance of AI, hell, it's not even the first this year.

His entire point, or at least the one he tried to desperately cling to, is that Fair Use only applies to something derived from an original work and IP, such as Pokemon's Luxray, not a derivative. Which is patently incorrect, and he knows this, because Jag the Luxray, in this context, is the """ORIGINAL""" work - even if it is a shitty Pokemon recolor. He even admitted himself that he is in the wrong to Roxas.

I'm also certain this is why Ghost does not want Jag's name mentioned on RG, in superchats, or anywhere on the show. Ghost knows that Jag's doing shit like this, and a couple of months ago, after getting doxed AGAIN, he called into the show and threatened to sue Ghost. Ghost really doesn't want the hassle of a litigious cry-baby.

However there is something delightful in all of this;
Every single time Jag has escalated his attempts to silence people, he has fucked up over and over again.

The first time he submitted a DMCA takedown and did it with a personal E-mail which not only contained his full legal name, but also his parent's house number, which is how he got doxed.

The second time he got doxed, this time with his own -current - home address was after he copyrighted "Jag the Luxray" and decided to try and do a victory lap at the trolls in DMs about it - so all someone had to do was look up the record of his copyright filing and bingo! There in black and white, name, address, E-mail address, and phone number.

[Jag the Luxray hurt itself in its confusion...]

I do have some hopes for if this actually does go to some kind of trial, there's a lot of scope for hilarity if he's foolish enough to try and chase this case into a courtroom, but we will wait and see. What I do know is that this case is pointless and he will lose. No doubt.

Man, I wouldn't wish that evil on anybody who isn't as bad as Jag himself after seeing the fucking circus that Greer v Moon has been. The TGS trolls fucking with Jag might be playing with fire and might be giant spergs in their own right for all I know, but it only takes Jacob lucking into the right courtroom with the right bowtie-wearing faggot judge to keep these guys in litigation basically forever.
