I think that one of the great reasons as to why big companies love jeets so much is that upper management has a short time horizon because they are not the owners of the company, in the subject of "organizational behavior" it's studied how people act within organizations, part of this is incentives, and since the managers of these big companies are almost always not the owners, then their incentive is not to maximize for the long term, the upper management maximizes short term profits.So long as the MBA lizards can make line go up by slashing workforce costs, this will keep happening.

Upper management wants to maximize short term profits so they can use those results to work somwhere else for more money and so they can get big bonuses,an example of this behavior not related to jeets is when a manager overworks employees and doesn't perfom maintenance on capital goods in order to maximize short term profits, I have no data on this, but my intuition is that small companies with 10 or less employees are not dying to hire 76IQ indians, nor are they subcontracting in India so a pajeet can perform customer support, this is because the manager of the organization is the owner and he cares more about his company than an external person ever could, as I said I have no data on this, but my intuition leads me to believe that the smaller the business is the less likely it is to hire pajeets.
