It seems as if he really believed he could force Hambly to meet him for an interview with his empty threats. When Hambly simply ignored him, he was out of ideas and is now just getting high. Maybe we get a picture of a half eaten burrito in a few hours. Definitely no stream, not even 2 minutes from Culver's drinking ranch dressing. So yes, it's over.
