Tarl won’t testify because the court would arrest him after he did testify.

I think this is just his life now. The NYPD wants fugitives to live in New York City. I guess he will just live there for the rest of his life.

I think New York City has a law on the books that says housing is a human right that the city must provide.

So, if your scorned lover kicks you out and you will literally be sleeping in the streets, they have to find an apartment or hotel for you to stay at indefinitely.

This is part of why when Texas started busing migrants to NYC, it was so devastating for the local system. They suddenly had to find hotel rooms and apartments for 100,000 or more people.

The reason I know about this at all is because of Larry King, believe it or not. He was in this NYC system before he was successful.

That was my first thought — Tarl King of Sewage House of Mildew can’t scan at all — all syllables and accents collide and disintegrate in his diseased mind. I should have expected this of course but he seems to get dumber with every x post and livestream as he continues his absurd Edward Teach aka Blackbeard cosplay

Not in his current form. But check out his Fat Hawaiian Man channel for some good scansion.

Yea, I posted all this waay back when it happened and told her she had nothing to worry about based on his domestic history, being scared shitless of appearing in court, and his outstanding warrants.

Tarl's a piece of human garbage destined for the incinerator, no debate.

But Nikki is also a variety of ick, but one so full of self loathing, learned helplessness and a paralyzing fear of being alone (especially now that the eggs have all dried up) that she will compromise with herself until there is nothing left of her.
