yeah until you're juggling 4 of them at the same time and they each have very time-sensitive decisions and you're still trying to micro 2 of them, as well as campaigning for the presidency, while getting bombarded with events about america le bad

honestly, it would be a fantastic feature to have a news system like kaiserreich, where i can turn off events that have no bearing on my playthrough
this would cut down like 75% of events in america
also, if you could queue up decisions for proxy wars, this would solve most of my problems with the system
i always manage to forget things like in the haiti war, where you have 1 action every 30 days, so i don't get anything done in a timely manner and the situation becomes impossible to salvage

Maybe add an alert when a new proxy decision is completed? Have it be an exclamation mark on the proxy war GUI or a topbar icon.

bro i can barely keep track of this shit when i have the gui open 95% of the time
often times you will have 6-8 decisions active at a time, each with their own countdowns until they are complete

Maybe a different icon for different decision types, generic ones like sending equipment have their own while more special decisions get another icon, maybe even play a little sound effect when a special decision gets completed.
 
Ima bout to head off to bed but anyone want to help out and archive all the shit on the /tno/ thread? Half this shit gets lost from bake to bake and having a stable archive for documents and images would really help out

The Himmler rework is actually decently researched. Read a book on him recently, and it checks pretty much all the boxes on what he actually believed and wanted. Probably the same book based on what I'm seeing.

Props to whoever did it. Better than I thought it would be. Still, ripping out the heart of OG TNO lol

Don't get your hopes up. It's been in rework hell since 2022 and all they've managed to do so far is to remove Burgundy from the map in the German dev build.

NuTNO would never do this but it would be interesting if a few of the events of the "advanced ancient German civilization" implied he finds some proof that it may have existed. Now this is really reaching because this will never release but it would be cool if he funds and aids Hippies and Neo Pagans in America to destabilize it.
