no, the core aspect of almost all their games is that the world doesn't presume exposition, almost all of their games stories are not vague, and usually you will find a character who will exposition a ton at you, aka the god damn Snake from DS1, nothing is vague about the plot of Bloodborne, what's vague is the LORE of Bloodborne, which doesn't really mean the same thing, we know exactly the story of the PC in Bloodborne, we know very little of the Outer Gods.
If anything that's exactly why a studio would choose a Fromsoft game. We KNOW what the story is. However, the majority of the audience doesn't and can only care so much. What's left to interpretation is everything else. Which is right up a studio's alley because it means they can make whatever fucking changes they want. This is why I say Jack is probably the worst person for this job. Things ARE left up to interpretation meaning it's very easy to convince someone like Jack to cave on major things that should not be changed.

That's actually another massive can of worms. Markiplier doesn't HAVE any experience making Iron Lung. Iron Lung was a completely self-made movie. Markiplier did almost everything on his own. And it shows. Iron Lung was overall pretty mid, watchable, but far from perfect. When you factor the making of story though, it's actually a pretty remarkable accomplishment.
Just a heads up, lies of p is a lot more similar mechanically to sekiro than bloodborne, despite every faggottuber and news outlet claiming otherwise. I thought it was pretty good though. It's level design is lacking and I wish the character was a bit more mobile but for a first attempt it's a worthy offering.

I don't mind that, I actually really liked Sekiro, mechanically it's probably the best combat system out of any Souls game.
The ideal bloodborne movie would be just an adaptation of the hunter on one of his little hunts. It doesn't have to be anything that answers the lore or mythos of the game; just a self-contained movie focusing on a singular hunt. Something like the Old Hunters could be done in a 3 act structure.
I think Sony deep down really, really hates Bloodborne and by some extension Fromsoftware. Not just because they can't legally do a remake but because it doesn't mesh with all of their established and heavily promoted IP's. Bloodborne is not like Horizon or TLOU: God of War Edition. The sad thing is none of this has to be this way. Sony owns Demons Souls and Bloodborne, if they wanted to they could promote the mascots and aesthetics from both games to garner some goodwill and show they still care.
Fuck imagine if sony did something like Disney did back in the day with TriStar and Touchstone (I think?) where those 2 labels got used to publish darker and edgier movies that wouldn't fit within Disney's safe zone.
