I think the clips channel is ban evading under YouTube's rules. Warski's channel being unbanned doesn't mean it wasn't rightfully banned before, and in regards to PPP, YouTube are not obligated to be consistent or timely, I would imagine. And the clips channel is talked about as their channel, and understood to be their channel in effect. Their editor edits their videos, and posts only those on a channel, which directly promotes the Kick streams.
