  • Toe talked again this morning. Reiterating from yesterday, Melton no-showed (Melton claimed he'd Zoom in over the weekend), and he had the sick note from Dr. Steve. "Some looking into that", per the Toe.
  • Nick crashed out at Aaron's lawyer (not Aaron). Aaron fills out some more details, but nothing else of note.

This is a busy time of year for me & yesterday was no different but thankfully I was able to make it to Nick & Aaron’s hearing.I’ve been trying to make a video about it… unfortunately I haven’t been able to make one I’m happy with. (Public speaking is not my thing 😅)

So for now, here’s a brief update/teaser about what happened…When I 1st got there & was walking toward the courthouse, I looked up & saw Nick & Kayla crossing the road in front of me.

As soon as Nick saw me, he yelled,
“you need to get a hobby you stupid c#%t” (or something to that effect)

I yelled back… you mean a hobby like going to a hate convention like Hackamania?

When I got upstairs, I looked down at the street & I saw Nick & Kayla walking over by my vehicle for some reason.

(That was the opposite direction they had been walking before.) 👀

As for the hearing itself…

Unfortunately, a lot of the discussions were held behind closed doors, but there are still a few interesting moments to talk about. 😏

Like… some puzzling info & questions regarding Melton’s Dr’s note 👀, multiple outbursts by Nick (3 to be exact), & Nick’s own behavior being the catalyst that opened the door for a discussion about his recent behavior that the judge most likely overheard. 😏

Discussions that most likely would’ve never happened if he hadn’t lashed out at Aaron’s lawyer… in front of the judge.

I had a particularly humorous view of that tantrum btw 🤭

I hope to fill everyone in on all the details soon.

There’s a possibility I may join @MemeCopium on his stream when he covers the hearing (if we can coordinate our schedules).

Here’s a video of them coming out of the courthouse… (This video was not taken by me).

At around 19 secs in you can faintly hear Nick having another outburst… yelling at me again.

I started walking towards them repeatedly saying “what?” They ran off with no response. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Is it just me, or a trick of the light, that rear quarterpanel looks like it's dented. Also if I was a betting man, Nick and Whayla went over to her car to get the plates, so they can buy DMV records and dox her.

Well you see, it's like how Amber Heard only said she was raped, and not that Depp raped her, and that's how she won her defamation case. Oh wait...

They are not involved with any of the content and get none of the payout for the clips channel, which has been up for years. The Cathedral was not banned in all this, which it would have been if there was ban evasion by PPP. Warski's channel was unbanned, so there was no ban to evade.

Youtube can do ANYTHING under their TOS. Insofar as there is a system where YouTube removes content after alleding to them there was wrongdoing, then flaggotry is no different - you are "just" reporting to YouTube, and they make the decision. So what happens if that happened to you, NickR? Are you going to defend it? Of course not.

And all that doesn't address whether it matters that the third party was acting in good faith when you are maliciously impelling them to take action against someone becasue you're such a "big deal"

I think the clips channel is ban evading under YouTube's rules. Warski's channel being unbanned doesn't mean it wasn't rightfully banned before, and in regards to PPP, YouTube are not obligated to be consistent or timely, I would imagine. And the clips channel is talked about as their channel, and understood to be their channel in effect. Their editor edits their videos, and posts only those on a channel, which directly promotes the Kick streams.
 
I wouldn't expect Nick to take care of that car any better than he takes care of his house or his kids. You have to think a "busy" guy like Nick who lived in a house full of trash and refused to do basic maintenance on the water softener in his second house such that everything got rust stained......is not going to take of his expensive cars either.

The state of the car (the dents that don't get fixed) also suggests he is probably really broke. The guy really lives a whitebread ass nigga life.
