They literally have like 3 lines of attack, which they use depending on who they talk to and their sensibilities.
- you are brown, post hand (for the dumbest right wingers)
- muh gays and women (for the dumbest liberals)
- muh Islam savage pedos (for Christians, feminists)
They never try to engage productively with ideas and claims. It's just poisoning the well. Discrediting you is all they care about. "Wow you're just like niggers". "Wow you love muslims".
Since this is intentional, it's impossible to talk to them like to normal people, at best, you can extract some lolz from their frustrations exploding occasionally, before it's back to bad faith smears and kvetching.

What a great plan . /sneed I would like to remind people that US lifted sanctions on Iran and Russia just to get more oil into the system.
But hey if we tighten already existing Iranian the blockade it will force them to surrender. Also to enforce this blockade US has to put ships in range of Iranian drones and missiles . It will be only matter of time before they get lucky.
And do you really want to provoke China by threatening their tankers right now ?

Stop accusing people of exactly what you're doing yourself. You're using the deaths of his comrades to shame him into agreeing with you and shielding Israel. It's fucking despicable to use someone's history of service and the price that carries as a cudgel in a pointless Internet argument. You have no ownership over the servicemen who gave their lives in service of their country and using them for the sake of an argument is pathetic. It's disrespectful to the servicemen, their sacrifice, and the US as a whole.

Remember that people have shown you enough respect not to bring up your own history of service at the IDF.

I have been wrong only once that I can remember and that was on Jan 6th, 2021 when I thought the QBoomers would just shit their pants and do nothing instead of staging a coup attempt. This is why you need convictions of your own and to stand on them. Being proven correct after everyone here said I was wrong about Daddy Trump feels pretty good, although not as good as not being in a pointless war and having a good economy

My IDF service is constantly brought up, I don't care about it because it's irrelevant to the conversation at hand.

He brought up his dead comrades to use them as a shield, I point out that Iran partially armed their killers and gave them EFPs. At no point did I actually ascribe a political view to the dead. Responding to the topic he put on the table is not using them in any way.

You can't bring up x as a topic and then get upset when I talk about x.
