I don't know Josh's details but our tax code is rather shitty. I had some slumlord bosses who were able to write off so much shit with depreciation they paid almost nothing.

Never mind how much josh has suffered because welfare people get free legal services and he doesn't.

In short I get it.

Let’s be honest they didn’t do that out of grief or personal offence. Them or more likely their lawyers smelled blood in the water.

But him spending the entire lolsuit digging his own grave (especially emailing a phone dump containing incriminating evidence) was all on him and his dispshit lawyer.

Josh is also at the point he has multiple income streams. He might not know how to manage this shit without getting raped. Accountants exist for a reason. Trump doesn’t do his taxes, he pays people with degrees for that for a reason

Not having to pay taxes, legally, is good. If we didn’t allow depreciation to be written off, we wouldn’t be the most powerful country in the world today. Being able to write off expenses is good tax law. For every slumlord business owner there are ten Joe the Plumbers who need a few tax-free years to pay off their tools and truck and get their business going. The system works.

Federal income tax is reasonably close to a true ‘tax on profits’ for a business owner. And we know Null is not employed so the taxes he owes must be sole proprietor type taxes and self-employment taxes. That means (a) he’s made a profit and (b) he’s been too much of a retard to save some of it for taxes. The only thing that really breaks down is if you make a lot of revenue in say December and have a bunch of expenses in January. If you’re that much of a retard then yes the nature of the tax code is fucking you up, but even in that case you can request to file on a fiscal year.

Now state income tax is a different story. A lot of state income tax law is bullshit, but that has nothing to do with the IRS.

Not to derail the thread, but I feel so, so sorry for Erika Kirk. The things being said about her all over the internet are some of the most heinous things ever, and Candace is the ringleader of it.

Imagine losing your spouse because they were murdered literally in front of your children, and then having so many people say that you "aren't grieving right so you probably killed your spouse" as the ringleaders of that said-slander make millions off of that heinousness. Candace Owens is a total psychopath.

All of Candace's sadistic psychopathy in regards to Erika Kirk is probably the reason why Trump went at her the hardest in that TruthSocial post. Totally justified, if you ask me.
