You're barking up the wrong tree man, and I've been very vocal about my stance on this.

I am perfectly fine with sending American troops to die in a war with Iran as long as they kill 10 of them for our every 1. I really don't give a shit about the reasoning behind it, be it at the behest of Saudis or Israel. Blowing the fuck up out of Iran and killing a bunch of them is something I will always support regardless of the conditions or reasoning. Heck, I'm all for razing the entire country. If anything, I think Trump is being too nice. I would've killed a lot more of these Iranians, but I'm not reasonable and Trump's strategy is probably the correct one.

I'm probably the only one on the Farms with this point of view, but as long as we're killing Muslims, I really don't care about the details. I'm a bit of a lunatic on this one, NGL. It's probably not worth it to waste time trying to convince me otherwise.

My issue is not so much that we stood up to them, it's that Trump's method of "standing up to them" is flawed in both concept and execution. What's the use in starting a war if you don't have an actual grand strategy to win it?

To be clear, Trump's current strategy appears to be a gradual increase in the bombing of Iranian industry and infrastructure. Historical precedent doesn't leave me sanguine about the efficacy of such a method to impose the will of the US on the Iranian government. It will not drive them to the negotiating table in the immediate future, much less compel them open the strait.

Israel and all of the sunni Arab nations in the gulf all have the same enemy: Iran. And they use the US to do their bidding, fighting their common enemy. Israel and the Saudis are allies.

During the Syrian civil war, Israel supported al Qaeda and other islamists in Syria, because they were fighting against Assad, a staunch Iranian ally. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Trump is now fighting a war on behalf of, the very same people that attacked America on 9/11. I just find it funny that Maga Americans are actively supporting people who wants to behead them as infidels, while their Arab-lover president praises Allah.

I'm sure Iran International is on the case of recovering the remains of the 6 million protestors. What was originally a middle-class merchant protest about being broke (due to sanctions) for some reason became violent on the order of the Clown Prince. I understand Israelis are thoroughly buck-broken into believing that being in a constant state of war is somehow beneficial to their lives. But maybe, just maybe, your precious family, whom you sure care so much about, wouldn't have to know by memory where the closest bomb shelter is during their morning commute if their government stopped constantly fucking with their neighbors.

I don’t like the middle east either. However the way I see it is that Iran was so fucking retarded they managed to unite America, the Arabs, and Israel against them despite their religious and cultural differences.
