We don't call him Schrödinger's retard for nothing. I'm just waiting until he gets so confused that he starts arguing Kiwi motions in Viatron.

Now that he's involved in three different lawsuits, the likelihood of Russ making a little goof (i.e. fucking up and feeding the wrong files into the LLM) is a lot more likely. Unless he's manually removing citations that the AI inserts, it's unlikely that he's reading the slop it shits out all that carefully given the size of some of the documents. The courts really ought to come down on him much harder, but judge bowtie probably hasn't read most of the filings where Russ was heavily and obviously using AI to generate them or any of the motions where Hardin pointed it out to the court. Perhaps he'll start noticing sometime around the end of September when gets around to making his next batch of rulings.

I contacted Greer's career counselor to check if Doordash counts.

Checking sources a university might use:

If UNLV goes by federal NAICS classification, then DoorDash employment would count under the specific activity performed. Doing point-to-point delivery falls under 492 "Couriers and Messengers" generally, and 492210 specifically: "Local Messengers and Local Delivery".

View attachment 8791000

NAICS 722 is what a Hospitality program would be looking for, and it's more specific to established locations that serve food or drink. Simply taking food from one place to the other wouldn't likely count.

There's other codes for hotels and such but you can't stretch gig economy deliveries to count for that.

The BLS site is less straightforward so I didn't bother confirm everything exactly. But it seems to have the same diverging designations.

So it's unlikely DoorDash counts towards the 1000 hours. But it's also unlikely Greer paid attention to the full AI answer. And it's 100% certain that he'll whine and scream and threaten the University unless they accept those hours. Start the countdown until another lolsuit.
None of this matters. He's taking at best 1, maybe 2 classes at a time, and he's never going to graduate from his vo-tech college program. And it will, of course, be someone (many someones) else's fault.

(And AI can't answer that question unless you prompt it to tell you whether UNLV considers it so. Or you could just look at their site (or ask them directly):

No ridesharing companies; food delivery companies (Uber Eats,DoorDash, etc.) are acceptable.

Also, hours pre-UNLV can count if verified. (Funnily, jobs like receptionist at a law firm can count for up to 250 hours of the requirement bc it's customer-facing. Too bad he has a terrible history working for a lawfirm!)

Speaking of his future never-was alma mater, which concentration do you think he's going for:

Undergraduate students have the option of specializing in one of the following concentrations:
  • Event Design and Management
  • Gaming Management
  • Hospitality Beverage Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Innovative Restaurant Management
  • PGA Golf Management
I'll pick HR, on the theory that pimp = "human resources."

He complained about needing a charging station in his emails to the Lincoln county clerk, when talking about coming up in January. And in his IFP application in the eviction case, he said he "utilized student loan funds to purchase a vehicle".

Granted, Russell Greer is a lying liar who lies. But going off his own offhand statements, he bought an EV. This is not just retarded for the already stated reasons, but because he's spent the last few years driving out to rural Nevada, and plans to drive there more. That is the exact opposite use case for an EV, which does better staying in a city with short trips and overnight charges.
Wait, this little retard couldn't afford to rent a car... in Las Vegas? That's like the cheapest city in America to rent cars I just checked and I can rent a car for a whole week for just $100

God I hope Viatron, Jersh, or any of the countless cases he’s involved in finally blows his asshole out so hard he learns like an ape not to touch fire and stops his legal bullshit. I’ve given up on keeping up with all the cases, I just know with the extortion bullshit on viatron and with Greer V Moon counterclaim there’s a chance he actually has to suffer for it for once, and I’m praying he does.

Side bet: he'll blame his eviction on Viatron in this lawsuit but then blame it on Kiwifarms in the Greer v Moon suit.
The way Russ G. Ross continually lays blame on different persons/entities for the same plights depending on which of his frivolous actions is at issue is the most amazing thing to observe… a coordinated effort between the various legal representatives to point this out in each and every action he’s involved in would be amazing.

This nigger is insanely autistic; he'll spend thousands of dollars on whores, thousand(s?) of dollars on sanctions to keep GvM alive, hundreds on batshit lawsuits, but won't spend $30 to avoid a night on the street or $100 to make a brothelconnection via rental car. His hierarchy of needs pyramid is all sorts of fucked up.

Kind of comports with my theory that "a FUCKING missionary" was just some sort of Greespeak for "sex-tourist."

The Mormon Church must spread the Good Word to Thai ladyboys too, and Greee is just the man of God for the mission!

Do you think Rat Face was able to hold on to his 6-inch hdmi cabel through all the years and moves and evictions? I'm sure he'll need it for the upcoming court appearance. Gotta wow the judge with all his AWESOME evidence!

Pyramid? His hierarchy of needs is a goddamn tesseract.

For what it's worth (which is little to nothing), delivering pizzas can include preparing. Your driver could do everything from pick up the phone, take the order, make your pizza, cut, box, etc. and be out the door. So preparing, handling, delivering could all be done by one person. This of course happens more during the first few hours of business, when your hungover AM is too busy in the back "working" and you're only getting maybe three orders from open until noonish. It is only during the busy/rush hours that a driver could be in and out of the store nonstop without doing much in the way of preparing. You of course have to be dressed in the uniform and your car would do well to have some store signage. To quote Proposition Joe, "Look the part, be the part, motherfucker."

However doordash and other food delivery apps barely count as any kind of work. At all. Some slob dressed in his/her best rags busts into your local WacArnolds, skips to the front of the line, takes the already bagged & sealed food and leaves without ever saying a word or taking their eyes off their phone. All that is required of these workers is a car, a smart phone, and a pulse.

I see traditional delivery as an uphill battle w.r.t. hospitality; I wouldn't even bother trying to make an argument. Doordash? Fuck off. Why doesn't he just try and count his time waving a giant arrow pointing to the H&R Block as hospitality.

Sounds like grounds for a lolsuit to me! Discrimination against disabled hospitality workers who can only face customers without actually facing customers.
It would be downright diabolical for a business to shove Russ's face at any person. Or possibly dogs too idk

Imagine a struggling family scrimping and saving and then the parents treat their kids to a pizzur pie and some wangs only to open the door and see the literal mouth of Sauron standing there.

Food prices have literally doubled in the past 3 years though.
People like Shitlips have public resources available to them. His local food bank will toss him a couple of bags of cereal…

You know what? Forget I said anything. I just had a vision of him eating cereal and it’s gross.

Whenever I think about Russ eating, I'm reminded of the very last scene of The Fly II, after the antagonist science CEO guy was transformed by the telepod into a hideously deformed chimerical monster. He's moved into a small kennel enclosure and given a dog-food bowl of mush that he uses a rudimentary fly's proboscis to push the mush around the bowl. (That movie kinda traumatized me as a kid, realtalk)

@Useful_Mistake Great result! We got a hit ladies and gentlemen!
After emailing Dept13LC@clarkcountycourts.us, I've been given a document with a zoom link for Monday's hearing with this message.

From Dept13LC@clarkcountycourts.us:

Document Named: 2024-02-14_11_34_29_department 13 zoom information (effective february 12th 2024).pdf
Unapologically crossposting from Greer v ViaTRON because I've managed to get a Zoom link for Monday's Motion to Dismiss from the clerk.

Sadly, assuming it ever actually existed (it didn't it's one of Russ' many lies) it likely would have ended up on Facebook Marketplace, along with everything else he owned, in 2024 when he had to get rid of basically everything.

And it didn't end up in the lolcow museum, very sad, many such cases.
Also “Hi you obsessive autistic fat womanwhole and who follows me around! Your life sucks because you do”.
Bro it's just Stinkyboy. Give her a few weeks and she'll go back to replying to you with funny things. Unless you're StinkySnack, in which case the war for the stinky title never ends, it just has lulls. The Iran-Isreal conflict of the Farms, if you will.
