"Know thine enemy" who is your enemy?? Your boobs???
I'd assume from the artwork their arch-enemies are taste and logic."Know thine enemy" who is your enemy?? Your boobs???
Again, half the time I strongly feel these people throw darts at a board and just put whatever sexuality/gender it lands on because I would totally love to know why they think half the characters are lesbians or trans.Ugly splatoon headcanons with pointless flags all over.

And again the weird obssession with making Pearl a man.
They really want her and Marina to be a straight couple with extra steps.
For a group that loves to seethe about pedophilia so much, they sure love to use childish aesthetics for their political messaging.
That's the person who made the Universal Tranny Picrew

Reminds me of this artist that some times pops up in my Pinterest feed.Again, half the time I strongly feel these people throw darts at a board and just put whatever sexuality/gender it lands on because I would totally love to know why they think half the characters are lesbians or trans.
I don't know why but Wheelchair Penny is sending my sides into orbit.

I've been thinking about the argument "Its to add rep" and I realized how useless the argument is. I mean to give an example, them making Penny be in a wheelchair. Has anyone in the handicap community responded to this artist to go "Thank you so much for this! I feel so seen!" Even if they have, what's the point? Penny isn't in a wheel chair in canon, so should I just love the art because you gave this character the same disability I have? It would just feel narcissistic imo.
I think I mentioned this in an earlier post, but the idea of Pokemon being used as service animals is an interesting one that I'm surprised the franchise hasn't explored.

Also Penny being in a wheelchair doesn't really work/make sense.I've been thinking about the argument "Its to add rep" and I realized how useless the argument is. I think in some other media it was shown pokemon being companions outside of the gym challenges and such.I think I mentioned this in an earlier post, but the idea of Pokemon being used as service animals is an interesting one that I'm surprised the franchise hasn't explored.
Also, is Nemona missing an eye?
I mean by SJW standards this is very mild, just being a 'he/him' and anti-proshipping. Which does fit the redesign very well because its also very mild, she is 2 or 3 shades darker and slightly more emo but they didnt make her ugly or even really desexualise her.View attachment 8790469

Watch this, guys. You can actually pinpoint the exact beliefs of a Twitter artist through how they draw redesign characters!

It's a change I get the idea of, even if the execution doesn't hold up to scrutiny. Also Penny being in a wheelchair doesn't really work/make sense.
She comes to deliver stuff in like, kinda remote places that are not exactly wheelchair accessible.
Just imagine Arven needing to carry Penny around after her chair gets broken/lost on the trip down. And don't get me started on Area Zero holy shit.
Fair enough. I was just thinking of something like a Jigglypuff helping their war veteran trainer through a PTSD-induced night terror.I think in some other media it was shown pokemon being companions outside of the gym challenges and such.
But I believe its mostly like a background thing to say "yeah thats a thing"
I found this out after posting those drawing but this artist also headcanons Arven as blind, with his mamostiff being his service dog.Just imagine Arven needing to carry Penny around after her chair gets broken/lost on the trip down.
There are probably dozens of ways different pokemon could basically be tailor-made to help someone with a disability, and honestly if I was more into pokemon or more woke I'd be all over trying to make THAT a hashtag or w/e in the artist community. It's a lot more positive than just drawing Vaporeon with titty scars.Fair enough. I was just thinking of something like a Jigglypuff helping their war veteran trainer through a PTSD-induced night terror.
she wouldn't careImagine having bright purple armhair, she wouldn't be a K-pop idol she'd be bullied to suicide for being Barney the Dinosaur.

Imagine a group of unsupervised disabled kids running around in area zero.
Also its people tend to headcanon that Arven either has a scar or is missing one of his eyes since he covers it with his hair

Reminds me of Shiver since people do the same with her covering part of her face with her hair.

When will bitches learn that sometimes a character design choice is just a character design choice instead of slapping diseases or disabilities on the poor bastards?View attachment 8800637 Yeah, he's got both his eyes, and no facial scars, just a bit of a moody haircut and justifiable parental issues.
God, even out of universe, he keeps getting shafted or fucked with.
What makes it worse is that from what I've read, Arven's story is based on the Director's own experience with losing his folks... So it does add context to why Arven is the way he is.When will bitches learn that sometimes a character design choice is just a character design choice instead of slapping diseases or disabilities on the poor bastards?
